SpringHill Suites by Marriott St. Louis Brentwood

Let’s just say that they don’t treat everyone equally and they like to make money off of people!! if you’re not in the right area by the motel, they will straight up call and ruin your dinner by interrupting you to go move your vehicle or they tow away within 10 minutes!!! the person that treated us there was Rosey!!! She’s an amazing housekeeper, and we wish she was going with us to our new location to a better area for us.

Cecilia is fantastic at keeping the breakfast wonderful. All the employees make you feel very welcome. Always a happy smile to greet you

Nice hotel and friendly staff. I stay there all the time and it does the job for me. It’s getting a little age but it is well maintained.

Stayed at this location for 6 days in November, 2023. The Building and decor echo those of this brand, with special emphasis on furnishings by West Elm. Service level provided is excellent, with experienced staff responding quickly & fully to the needs of guests. The staff were so helpful that a special shout out must go out to JC on the front desk, Cecelia the weekday breakfast buffet maestro, Brenda who does both weekend breakfast & room housekeeping, and Jackie on the Weekend buffet.

Very clean and tastefully decorated hotel with sizeable suites for larger families

Great rooms and a great location. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Was in town for NAYC and it was relatively close to the Dome as well. The staff was great, very friendly and very helpful! Rooms, showers, and bathrooms were clean and well taken care of. Breakfast was also delicious and the kitchen staff were very friendly and understanding of the large group of people staying there.

We stayed here twice last year and the lady serving breakfast as well as the breakfast itself is one reason we keep coming back. Cecelia will help you in any way possible and not just by serving breakfast. It's obvious she loves her job and the people she serves. In this day and age of little to no customer service, Cecelia goes above and beyond. She literally makes everyone feel like a friend.

My family and I traveled to St. Louis last minute over the weekend and we were so blessed to find and such an awesome place to stay. I always have anxiety about booking a hotel when I don’t know what the part of town it is in and if the reviews are true. We traveled over night and walked in at 6:00 am and were able to do an early check-in at 7:00 am! This place is in a nice, quiet part of town but close enough to the nearby attractions. The manager and the staff were awesome. Ms. Gretchen was always a pleasant face to see at the front desk. Every single person who worked there talked to us when they saw us. The power randomly went out during the day but we didn’t mind because we were going to be out and about sight seeing anyway. It was fixed by 7:00 pm. Everyone was apologetic and thanked us for continuing to stay with them. And the next day when we checked out they even gave us a discount for the power being out the previous day. We were so sad to have to checkout and return home but there is no doubt when we return to St. Louis we will be back to stay at Springhill Suites St. Louis Brentwood!

I will always stay at Marriott from here on out, this stay was so great! Top customer service and the staff is so helpful and friendly. We had lots of problems with our travel plans and the staff was 100% helpful!!! Thank you! Rooms are clean beds are comfortable.

These people were so nice and accommodating to me! I was having a lung transplant evaluation done at Barnes Jewish nearby, and am on oxygen, and it can make simple things so hard. The staff at the hotel took my stay with them and made that part so smooth! I felt like they really wanted to help me in any way. I would highly recommend them! Spacious, clean, very comfortable and pleasing to the eye. Beautiful place!

My wife and I traveled to St Louis at the last minute and arrived at 4am on Saturday morning. Not a great time to fjnd a hotel. Our normal hotel was booked so we tried SpringHill Suites. Wow! They are amazing. Great staff. Awesome location. Huge rooms. Very clean and updated. Brent was working third shift and was very helpful getting us checked in and answering my questions. This is my new favorite WashU hotel!

Beautiful clean hotel! The gentleman who checked me in on 11/20 (wish I had taken note of his name) was the nicest, friendliest, most helpful person. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Everything seemed very new. Location is great with lots of amenities in the immediate area. Would definitely recommend!

We were given the handicap accessible room with 2 queen beds. The room was beautiful, service was excellent, and breakfast delicious. Staff went above and beyond with great forethought. Would definitely stay here again. If I were in a wheelchair, I would find out the space between the two beds, as transferring from a chair to bed might be tight. The bathroom and shower were great

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Complimentary breakfast was good. Great brick oven pizza place called Twin Oaks right next door. Fantastic happy hour specials on pizza and drinks. Location was convenient and easy to get to other places we visited.

Very clean hotel. Room was very nice. Breakfast was on the low end. But st. Louis has so much food to offer in the area it doesn't matter. It not having a pool in the only reason i won't go back.
