This is an interesting (though not well known) monument honoring two members of the St. Louis Symphony from the early 1900s. A relief on the fountain side depics pan playing his pipe and many other figures dancing and reveling to the music. It's certainly a conversation starter.

Winter time is not the best to appreciate the memorial and fountain, since there is no water flowing. I'm sure it is much prettier in the spring and summer. I will return.
