Having car issues can be a very stressful time, however finding a trustworthy mechanic sure makes it bearable. I would like everyone to know that Meades Automotive provided amazing customer service when in todays world that is so hard to find. They repaired my vehicle in a timely manner and most importantly I did not feel like I had been robbed. Thank you Meades for providing excellent work! I highly recommend.

So happy I found this place. It doesn't have all the bells & whistles on the exterior that says we work on high end Mercedes Benz and provide very reasonable prices but you will be happy you visited. I had a window regulator go out in my CLS550. The window would not roll up and Mercedes-Benz charged me a diagnostics fee just to put tape on the window and a very hefty repair bill. I call this awesome family run business & within one day my parts are ordered and within the next day my car was in the shop. They explained the process & are very thorough and honest which is so hard to find. They were able to finish the work the same day which was awesome. I was happy to be able to use my passenger window again without breaking the bank. My favorite (Audi/BMW) mechanic referred me to Meade's after finding out I bought an AMG Mercedes, telling me that they specialize in Mercedes (almost) exclusively. My mechanic wanted 1200 (labor only) to replace engine and trans mounts for my 2005 (500hp) E55. Meade's charged me 300, because they knew exactly the most efficient way to replace them. The car was ready before I was even ready to pick it up! They are the BEST kept secret for M-vehicles in the area, and don't be fooled by how their dirt parking looks. They are very professional, knowledgeable, and affordable. This is the only place I'll send my car to!

We recently got a 2006 Mercedes that needed some service maintenance and I found Meade's Automotive through a Google search. My husband took it down today and was amazed at how quickly everything was completed. Very friendly and knowledgeable and the prices are extremely reasonable. I am so happy I found them online! We will definitely be using them for all future maintenance and repairs on this vehicle.

They'll give you a rundown on the problem and a quote for repairs. In all these years and having had several Mercedes; Meades gives me the peace of mind on keeping me safely on the road. It's wonderful to see this multigenerational family carrying on the legacy left by the family founder! What a role model, he was.

Great shop, knowledgeable team, only specializes in Mercedes Benz but your car won't be in better hands. Has been in the business of fixing MB's for so long that their facilities show their age. Don't let the lack of glitz and glamor fool you, this is the shop you want working on your car and they will earn your repeat business every time. Initially I thought the aged facility was a bad omen when I drove up. But after having a recommended Service B done here, I'm convinced. The only thing they can't do is state inspections, but who better to be your dedicated mechanics. I know they'll be mine!
