Drury Inn & Suites St. Louis Brentwood

The staff were top notch! We came to see the Golden Knights and the Great Balloon race. 10 stars all the way. Breakfast was great. Staff friendly and professional. Went out of their way to make sure our rooms where on the floor we wanted. Highly recommend! Absolutely nothing negative!

I was in town for the St. Louis art Fair. The hotel was in an excellent location for the show. It was clean, the front desk was nice. And the breakfast was amazing. The bed was OK. All was wonderful while staying. I left on a Monday. When I got home Tuesday, I discovered I left 4 pairs of glasses and jewelry in the nightstand beside the bed. I called the hotel 3 different times. 2 times I left a message with the head of housekeeping. One time, I left a message with someone who would tell the head. Nobody called me back. I just have to wonder if they checked the nightstand even. I could understand someone might take the jewelry, but not the glasses. So, I just wish they would have called me back.

Everything about this hotel is amazing. Between the complimentary breakfast and dinner. The complimentary three drinks each bite per person. It’s just amazing. The staff is extremely friendly for the most part. The location is great with quick access to various parts of the metro and it’s close to shopping if you need to get something quickly.

I loved this hotel. Very friendly staff. Maid was super helpful and attentive for room 311 during our stay. Wish I remembered her name to give her kudos. Also, in the breakfast area, DJ was such a hard working young man. He never stopped and would graciously help when needed! The room was clean and well appointed. They have free breakfast with many choices. If you are gluten intolerant they had oatmeal, fruit, sausage and eggs. Great location near shopping and restaurants. Easy off and on interstate. Oh wait, free dinner from 5:30-7:00 pm every night. I couldn’t believe they did this and stay in business. We got there after driving all day too tired to go out again, and then didn’t have too! Popcorn and drinks in the breakfast area all day. They really are going the extra mile for their guests!

Great Customer Service! I had an issue with my room and the manager of the hotel did not 🏨 hesitate to switch me to a different room. This hotel is very clean and family-friendly. They offered a free Taco bar and complimentary drinks during Happy hour! I will definitely stay here again!!

I love love love this hotel. It's the best in the world. Clean, comfortable, cozy and simply elegant. Five star hotel in my book. They take care of you here. It's on the pricey side, but I don't put a price on comfort. When I vacay in Mo. this is my go 2. From front desk, kitchen staff and housekeeping, Customer service guaranteed!

I came here to reserve a room for my daughter. Just the short interaction I had at the front desk with Ladonna speaks volumes. She is really is a nice person and easily helped with me getting the room. You have a great employee there. Thanks Ladonna and Drury.

I chose this hotel based on the location during our families vacation. I was pleasantly surprised by the staff being so nice and the atmosphere. The rooms were essentially average, but nonetheless, I'd recommend to anyone

We were Very Pleased with the service appearance assembilty and our total experience at Dury Brentwood. When I checked in my son hadn't made it to the Hotel yet. I asked if I could check him in since I was the one that booked the room. They politely told me no but they took a step to insure that he & I would be at the least on the same floor. The free buffet breakfast/ snack crew made sure everything was hot & fresh & the free drinks, while they not scared to put they alcohol. Our stay was Perfect so much so my grandchildren all 7 of them request that we make it our permanent spot to stay when in The Lou.... Great job guys!!! You all Rock!!!!⭐💜

This Hotel is a great choice especially if you have family. It’s SO CLEAN, smells great, and the service and security is wonderful. Kirby was working front desk during our stay and I can say she is the sweetest and is so pleasant to talk to on the phone and in person! Very helpful and informative and enjoys her job! Can’t recommend Drury inn enough!

I visited this location for a 2 day work conference and it was great. Everything went well but it was Kendra who made the stay perfect. She was extremely kind from check in to check out! She was able to provide great recommendations in the area and wished me well on my travels back home! This is the type of customer service that brings people back! She deserves a raise or promotion!

Great location for us when we arrived in St Louis, also very close to everything we had to do in St Louis. Great staff great loved the kickback and breakfast.

Darion at the front desk late at night on Thursday was great! Very hospitable and professional.

Rooms were super clean and breakfast was good.

Ms.Kay was very informative about my stay at the hotel also she was very professional I can tell she takes her role in the company very seriously. My stay was wonderful and will continue. Overall my experience was wonderful I felt very comfortable and welcome there.

I love it. I'm a hotel hopper, and I take advantage of my ME TIME.
OMG, I was late checking out, and told the front desk it was their faught because the bed was off the chain, the food was off the chain, the customer service was off the chain, and I was able to hook up my Firestick. I was willing to change my address this day, I did NOT want to leave. LOL, this stay was for my birthday weekend, but when I return in June 2024, that will be for my ME TIME, LOL
