Backyard Billy's installed a gas insert fireplace and did a great job. Their installer Brian is a polite and professional guy that went out of his way for me. Pretty happy with my fireplace.

The service team here is great. I have been using our stove every winter for the past 11 years. It had developed a rattle or two and I figured it was time for a new one. We spoke to Billy and he said let my guys take a look at it. For a fraction of the cost of a new stove his guys got it all cleaned up and quieted down! Thanks again to Brian, Tony, and Jameson.

We traveled over 60 miles from North Baltimore County to see Billy’s - well worth the trip!! They have better patio furniture and at better prices than elsewhere. We loved the experience at Billy’s - their selection is amazing, their sales staff are exceptional, and their delivery team were outstanding! With our four chairs and fire table, our patio is now our favorite place to relax. You need to go to Billy’s, you’ll be glad you did. We’ll definitely be going back!!

Great service and lots of selection. Rachel was on her way into her shift when she stopped to help us as we perused outside. She was extremely knowledgeable and not at all pushy.

Our only suggestion is clear signage for where patrons should - and shouldn't - park.

We bought 2 outdoor chairs to match the ones we already have. Rachel and Colby have been so informative and helpful! From the ordering to them delivering! There was one small detail left out, it was corrected immediately and the part dropped off in days. Their prices were cheaper than anyone in the area and friendly.

The products are high quality and despite pandemic supply chain issues that are prevalent everywhere, Backyard Billy’s inventory is sufficient and the one back order issue we had was handled professionally. So we went in back in April. My daughter played on every single playset before we went inside to get information. Didn't even think we were going to purchase one, but Bill himself was super helpful. We walked out of there feeling great about our decision. And they had it delivered and set up 3 days before her birthday party which was 6 days away. The set up crew was awesome. Had it leveled and assembled in no time. Some minor defects in the wood but it's great and all our family and friends have tried it out and love it. We didn't want something huge, and something we could play on with our daughter. It fits perfect with our family and we can't wait to get some furniture from Billy when we re do out backyard. So happy!

We stopped in to try to find a couple of nice quality chairs and the sales folks could not have been more accommodating! When we selected the items we wanted, we went home to measure and when we stopped back to make the purchase they remembered everything about our initial interaction. Customer Service plus+++! Great customer service. Very friendly and the prices seem more than reasonable. I bought a 12×16 shed and this is the second one I have purchased from them. I loved the first one. I sold that house.. bought another ... and returned to Backyard Billy's to buy a shed for my new home. I'm hoping this is the last house I will buy and I will not need another shed. But, if I find myself needing more storage space, I will definitely return to Backyard Billy's.

We stopped at Backyard Billy's on our way to lunch on Kent Island and we're so glad we did! We've been looking for a small framed swing set for a porch swing, a toddler swing, and a child swing unsuccessfully for a while. They were incredibly friendly and helpful and were able to design and order just what we wanted. There are tons of sample designs in the yard outside the building and more in the catalogs inside the building at the front desk. Our swing set came in stock within two weeks as promised and is being installed next week. They also have a great selection of Adirondack chairs and patio furniture.

I had a great experience! Lorrie was very helpful, showing me the various sheds on the lot and going through the details of ordering one to my specific needs. This is my second time at Backyard Billies and I highly recommend it: very helpful folks with high quality products.

Still looking to buy a swingset but Brian was very professional and helpful. We happened to stop by after they were closed and he was kind enough to answer our questions and take time to give us pricing and catalog. Amazing customer service!

I stopped by Backyard Billy's the week of October 21, 2013 to check on a set of replacement doors for my backyard shed that was purchased from Billy's in 1995. While there, I decided to take a look at vent free gas fireplaces as the one I had was not working. I spoke with Billy at length and learned so much more about gas (and electric) fireplaces. That same afternoon, Billy's technician came by to measure the shed doors and he also took a look at the vent free logs I purchased from Billy's about 12 or so years before. Within about 20 or 30 minutes, the technician had my fireplace running in tip top shape. AND, there was no charge! I am so pleased with the outcome and want to thank Billy for his excellent service technician and the icing on the cake...NO CHARGE. Sadly, I had paid another company $238 just to take a look at it two weeks prior to this. That company said it needed a new ignition assembly which was going to cost me several hundred more dollars plus charges for installing it. MORAL: Go see Billy first. He is in Grasonville, right off Route 50! Thanks again, Billy!

Backyard Billy's is the go to place for good deals on high quality furniture. Staff is very knowledgeable about outdoor furniture. Family has devoted a good amount of money into business for high quality Gazebos, Sheds, patio furniture, and a fireplace. It may be at a high price but you get what you pay for which is a long lasting piece that will serve well for your family for years to come! I will certainly be back for more!
