Amazing service, highly recommended! My husband is currently deployed and has been using Suzanne's to send me monthly arrangements. The interactions and flowers have always been great but this last delivery topped it all off! After leaving work early I missed my delivery but Suzanne went well out of her way to make sure I received my arrangement when my husband wanted me to. She took the arrangement home and sent my husband her personal cell for me to contact her on her day off! She drove to my house on July 4th to deliver this beautiful arrangement! Grateful and thankful for her kindness, so very much appreciated!

I stopped in today to speak with the owner about her flower shop due to me looking for retail space of my own in this shopping center. Everyone here was so welcoming and amazing. They gave great advice and lifted my spirits. The shop was filled with love and as I look at all the flowers and Peace Lily plants, they were all happy, and growing beautifully. I'm sure it's due to all of the great amazing women that work here. I even bought a beautiful yellow plant.

My experience with Suzanne's was through a 3rd party vendor. Unfortunately the vendor completely disappointed me, missing the delivery date and not submitting correct order to Suzanne's. However, Jane, the office manager at Suzanne's was absolutely wonderful and provided me with amazing customer service, rectifying the issue. She was attentive and handled the issue promptly. Will definitely use again, only next time will go directly through them, and forego the 3rd party vendor all together. Thank you Jane!

I live well over 1,000 miles from Pasadena, MD. At a tough time for my sister, I wanted to send her an arrangement for her birthday, but I waited too late. After checking all of the big online floral delivery sites, and being offered a delivery the day AFTER my sister's birthday, I did a random search for a place near my sister's home. Spoke to Jane at Suzanne's Florist, who seemed to be swamped with customers and with work, but she still not only helped me to pick an arrangement that would suit the situation, but she even promised that she could have it to my sick-on-her-birthday sister. She was very thorough, making sure we got all the details right, and even promised to send me a picture of the flowers before they went out for delivery, which she did. Despite my horrible procrastination and the late nature of my call, I received a wonderful thank you from my sister less than 3 hours later. Suzanne's florist and Jane will now be my 1st call for anyone needing flowers in Central Maryland. Thanks!!

My order was taken with ease over the phone. Sales person Jane was very helpful to explain all details . The flower that my mom received was absolutely beautiful. She said it was the most beautiful flower she's ever received.

I have never written a review before but for this occasion I had to!!! We lost a dear friend and wanted to send flowers for the funeral. We wanted to order locally and decided to try Suzanne's Florist. We ordered online, so you never really know what you are getting, but when we got to the service and saw what we had ordered I was totally impressed!!! We ordered the Heavenly Heights Bouquet Basket Arrangement and it was absolutely beautiful!!! Well Done!!! I will definitely be recommending Suzanne's Florist!

Flowers were absolutely gorgeous. Just like the pictures in the book that I picked out. Full and fresh and everyone said they were lovely. Will use again and recommend to friends. 🙂

Suzanne's Florist was so helpful. The girl at the front was so nice. She expressed she was new, but she did a wonderful job helping me pick flowers for my dad's funeral. They made three beautiful red, white, and blue pieces. Oh, how beautiful to remember my dad's service in Vietnam. I believe I met Ms. Suzanne herself and she was so sweet and very knowledgeable. Very nice ladies, they listen to your wishes and ideas. They went above my expectations for my wedding. The flower bouquets were absolutely gorgeous! They took care of all the details. They arranged my centerpieces and added the flowers to them. They added flowers to my wedding cake. They added flowers to a couple vases I had and they added flowers to a big "welcome " sign also. I highly recommend them. Thank you so much, my wedding day was beautiful!

I just have to let people know what an amazing job that Suzanne's Florist did with my daughter's corsage. It was last minute to say the least and it turned out so very nice! Classic, simple and beautiful! Beyond my expectations. The price was amazing as well! Thank you!!

I don't usually write reviews but felt I had to in this instance. I ordered a flower at around 8:00 pm on memorial day for a funeral service at McCully's on Mountain Rd. the next day at 11:00 am. Even though they just opened at 9:00 am and received the order last minute, they did a beautiful job and we're very pleasant.

I ordered a floral arrangement to be delivered to my sister in Richmond, Va. it was absolutely beautiful, & exactly what I asked for ! This florist professional & do beautiful work !!
