Always have a good experience. Pretty busy every once in a while as to be expected being located downtown. Great service if you can get in during the less busy hours.

I’ve only used this post office to drop off packages. I’ve always had great service and found that the folks here seem to go above and beyond to help the customers. Updated after another visit. I seriously get the best service here compared to any other post offices I normally go to. Everyone is always so friendly and incredibly helpful!

I went here to apply for a passport and the lady was just wonderful. The whole staff was in a good mood and laughing. I loved the vibe! The clerk that helped me was patient and walked me through the whole process. I never felt rushed or dumb. She even made copies of my paperwork. It took all of 10, maybe 15 minutes. This was one of the best experiences I've ever had at any post office.

I came here to get a passport (first time) and it was so quick and easy, the staff was friendly. I arrived about 15 minutes before my appointment with all my documents ready to go, I was done before my original appointment time even getting my picture done. Parking is a bit annoying, but there's not anything they can do about that.

The ladies and guy up front are always so nice. Ever time I walk in they greet you with a smile and are always so above and beyond helpful!

I would love to give a shout out for Thomasina at the Elkton Post Office. I made a mistake on a bunch of shipping packages (27 total packages), and she was able to help me trouble shoot my error. She was patient, kind, and didn't make me feel like an idiot. Dates of customer service from Thomasina was 3/23 and 3/24. She is a definite asset to the Elkton Post Office. Thank you Thomasina!

I love this post office! It's not as busy as the others in the area (which allows me to get in and out quickly). Also, I have had great experience with the staff and carriers. They have even called me back to verify times of package pick-ups. Since we both send and receive a lot of packages through our local post office, we have gotten to know our carrier(s) who have been exceptionally polite and courteous. What I really like is the "home town" feel of this facility. They take time with older folks to explain the various mailing systems and help them fill out forms if they are having problems.

We got our passport serviced here and it was done quickly and smoothly. We got an appointment the very next day. Photo service was well equipped for my 5 month old.

Great experience at the Elkton PO. Rarely much of a line and friendly staff. Way better than experience at Bear PO.

Always had great customer service here and very helpful whenever I needed to ship a package. Pam is one of the nicest people here and a great asset to the service there.

They were fast, convenient, everything was easy to find when looking for boxes and envelopes to ship our items, the price was pretty fair, and the whole process was very easy.

Fast, helpful and efficient. How they deal with some of the dunderhead customers is beyond me. They must have the patience of Job.
