U-Haul Moving & Storage of Grasonville

The truck was available within a day of my call. The process of renting for a day was straight forward and the truck was clean.

Reached out to this U-Haul location after another location failed to have the truck we reserved. Not only did they have one, but Lauren was extremely helpful. She made sure to call the regional office to ensure we received our $50 for the other U-Haul location not having our truck available. Nothing but professionals at this office! Lauren was very respectful and took care of us.

Overall this is the cleanest and best designed "Storage", facility that I have ever dealt with in over 40 years. The staff is great and always willing to help. But why do I give it the "5 Star", rating? This is the only place I have ever used with a level of security which rivals some of the "US Governments", "(Sensitive information), Installations", and "SKIFF" rooms I have visited. Except without the, "Man Traps" AND "It's much cleaner"! Nice large carts of, "2", different types line the sides of the entrance hall for your use. And with a "Huge", ten foot wide security door that you open manually, But then after you pass through with a load the magnetic locks disengage and it closes behind you auto automatically! AND there is also a large bathroom always open for your use that is always as clean as the rest of the building!
This U-Haul Storage facility, gives you the, "Sense and piece of mind", That they care and that your property is "Important".

Appreciate the self storage options and 24 hour access. Only opportunity is when swiping in to the outside storage you have to either get out or have a passenger in vehicle to swipe, otherwise everything is great
