These people called me at 7:13 to tell me i am 15 min late for my 7:00 appt while im walking in the door and that they can not do my full appt because they have a strict 15 min policy.... but i was never 15 min late.
I wasted fuel and time driving over there for this. And this isnt the only time they have wasted my time becauseof this place. I onced waited there for almost 5HRS!!!!!!! Because they forgot me and kept telling they would see me next. So my time is not as important as there 2 min???? This is absolutely ridiculous.

I have a cap that was some in 1997 that still gets inflamed. This dentist wanted to shave my upper teeth to make it fit. Won't do that again.

Billings Scott/Eastern Shore Dental has on 2 separate occasions before I made my appointment that they accept my insurance. While I'm in the middle of my exam they informed me that they don't actually accept my insurance. I tell them to stop everything they are doing and left. Then 2 weeks later they send me a bill stating that they actually didn't accept my insurance and now I owe them money for dental services. They are crooked and incompetent.

Update: They sent me to collections then to court. I paid them in the end. Congratulations Billings Scott, you won. I hope you are happy.

Been goin to dr. Billings since I was a child. I tried to find out if they accept my insurance and they won’t even BOTHER to tell me. All they said was go call my insurance and ask. If they take my insurance they should be able to run my insurance information to check and to make sure.

This place has gone down hill. I guess I’m finding somewhere else that takes my insurance and is willing to actually check!

Went there years ago for over priced dental work procedures that is all currently falling apart and needs to be redone. Went to other dentists later that questioned the work that I had done there.
