Kent Island Pediatric Dentistry

This was hands down best customer service I have ever received from a pediatric office! For my sons first dental exam/cleaning he left there smiling! We were greeted immediatly by Lisa with a warm smile. Debbi, their office manager who set up our visit with ease at the first phone call, came into the oppratory to introduce herself! Tesa, was SO sweet. She is a super knowledge hygienst taking amazing care of our son, making him feel so comfortable with explianing the procedure and kept him aware of what to expect with reassurance.. which is not always easy for a 3 year old! Dr.McGrath and made us feel at ease, with a very through exam gving us all of the dental knowledge for proper home care. All dentist offices are not created equal. Thank you Dr.McGrath, and the wonderful and kind team. I wouldnt trust another office with my children! 10 stars!

My daughter enjoys every visit! She is normally very scared of doctors and nurses, but that’s not the case here. Everyone is super friendly and Dr. Megan is just awesome!

My son and step son both go here. The staff is always so friendly and kind. They all do their best to make sure the kids are comfortable and not scared or nervous. The office is always clean and their check in process is super easy!

I can’t speak highly enough about this practice! My kids love going there and the entire staff is above and beyond fabulous. Dr. Megan is absolutely AWESOME as well as her assistant Brianna and the other hygienists and assistants are TOP NOTCH. We leave feeling happy and extremely well cared for. Thank you all for everything you do!!

I highly recommend them! They went above and beyond to help keep my one year old calm and happy, and they were very sweet and patient when he started crying. The entire place is clean and kid-friendly. Their customer service is excellent. I'm so happy we chose this office.

I can not speak highly enough if this practice and their entire team. The compassion and care that Dr Megan and Debbie provided to me during a trying time for my son to need emergency dental care was nothing short of exceptional. I can not thank them enough for truly going above and beyond.

The entire staff of Kent Island Pediatric Dentistry is amazing. They're so on point with communication and making everything as easy as possible. They have a change of clothes if your little ones need them - they are wonderful with scheduling and keeping tabs on your child after a procedure - the kindness and consideration of Dr. McGrath and her team is amazing - I just can't believe I hadn't taken my kids here sooner.

What an amazing experience my grandson and I had today(2/3/22). The team that cared for him were so loving, fun and attentive to him and me. I would recommend this practice anyday. If you are looking for a pediatric dentist office, please call them. You won't be disappointed!

This is best place to go. I drive over an hour for my kids to see them due to my kids anxiety. My kids actually want to go to the dentist because they love how at ease the staff makes them. I recommend every one I can to them! Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Dr. Megan is the best! She did a procedure on my daughter; who has the worst anxiety with the dentist, and made her feel relaxed and comfortable. My daughter handled the procedure like a champ, and Dr. Megan and her assistant (sorry I don’t remember her name, but my daughter did offer to buy her Chick Fil A), definitely should be recognized for it! Thank you for all you do!

Dr. McGrath and Carrie were amazing. My 8 year old had 3 baby teeth extracted. They made her feel comfortable and relaxed. They were attentive before, during, and after her surgery. Can’t recommend this practice enough!

I have been a loyal customer of this branch for some years. I will never go anywhere else. This dentistry treats my family like they are apart of their family. My kids love this place and they could do no wrong. Ver personable and kind-hearted individuals. Dr. McGrath always has a welcoming and kind smile. It's always a pleasure to be around such nice individuals!

The most INCREDIBLE staff, dentists, and environment. I would travel hundreds of miles for my children to see them. Uses advanced technology for easy cavity care and procedures. I wish they took adults! Love them!!

I've gone there for routine checkups and more complicated procedures as well. My experience has always been as pleasant as can be; the staff has always been cordial and very kind. You can tell your kids that they're very gentle as well.

Absolutely love this dentist for my children! We drive over two hours one way so over four hours total to just see her! She is absolutely wonderful, detailed and her staff is amazing as well.

My son had dental work done and he had to receive a shot of novacaine. Dr. Meghan and staff kept him so content that he didn't even know he was receiving the shot. The patient rooms are very parent friendly. I was able to hold my son's hand and comfort him throughout the duration of his procedure.

Such a wonderful pediatric dentist! Everyone is so nice and they work hard to make sureyour child has the best possible experience! This is our 3rd place to find good pediatric dentistry and we do not have to look any longer because we found excellence!

The hygienist are all super sweet. They work hard to make the kids feel comfortable and special. We did have an issue with scheduling once, after which Dr McGrath wrote me a personal letter apologizing.

My son had dental work this morning and you'd never know. The staff, especially Aubrey, Brandi, and Dr. Stella made our visit as pleasant as possible. I am thrilled that my son will not fear the dentist, because of these ladies. Thank you, KIPD!
