My Dentist at Thompson Creek Dental and her Staff are the Most Beautiful, Wonderful people and My Dentist is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! She gives the GREATEST Service and treats everyone like they are the most valuable thing in the world next to her Kids!!!

First I would like to say this office is beautiful! Who likes a dentist office? But I got to admit that they are very friendly, thorough and nice. I have terrible anxiety at dentists, but here I had no worries. I went for a cleaning, and Dr. Jafari was simply amazing. So gentle and quick. We went over a very affordable treatment plan for work I needed to be done. I'm happy to say I have my dream teeth and it's all and thanks to all her staff.

I travel an hour for dental services with Thompson Creek Dental. I have severe dental anxiety, and everyone in the practice takes the time to reassure and support me. Friendly, professional, supportive...i wouldn't go anywhere else.
I always am made aware of my financial responsibility after insurance so there are no surprises. One time, I was generously not charged for the gas I need due to my severe anxiety.
My extensive dental plan was thoroughly explained, and steps taken to spread the work over to the new year when I went over my insurance allowance.
I highly recommend this dentist and office.

Dr. Jafari ensures I feel comfortable with the treatment plan and her assistant is attentive and knowledgeable.

She always greets me with a smile and checks in to make sure I am doing OK with each appt. Lauren at the front desk is sweet and very patient. She always remembers me when I come in and eases my anxiety. Dental work is stressful enough but with this team- they make it easy.

The entire staff treated me with kindness and compassion during my leukemia treatment. I had some dental issues that needed attention during that time so that I could avoid infections and complications with my chemotherapy. The staff was not only accommodating and professional, but also extraordinarily encouraging and helpful in assisting me during a very difficult time.

my experience at Thompson Creek Dental was awesome. The doctor and staff treated me like gold. The doctor explained what i needed to have done. Due to me not having insurance the doctor gave me a percentage off and worked with me so I could have my work done. I have never been treated so well. I have found the practice for my family and friends. Thank you Dr. Jafari you are wonderful.

Me and my children have been coming to this location for a few years. I no longer live on the island but continue to drive over 30 miles to have your dental care here. My appointments are easy to schedule, I'm taken back in a 5 minute window around my appointment.. even if I'm late.. I receive great care and education. I never feel like they're over booked or rushing.

It's also a one stop shop for dental and orthodontic care.

Couldn't ask for a better dentist for my 3 girls! The staff and everything is AMAZING!!! They are all so welcoming and make my girls feel so comfortable which makes going to the dentist fun!

Took my granddaughter there for her first visit and the doctor and staff were so helpful and caring. My granddaughter enjoyed her first visit and cant wait to come back in 6 months

I would highly recommend this office . I had a tooth ache and the doctor treated my tooth the same day . This office is also very calm and relaxing.

I was scared to go to the dentist But at this dentist I feel so much comfortable and the lady In the front desk she so nice I love to talk to her she make feel comfortable and not scared .

This Place it's Wonderful, The staff make you feel welcome, love it !!!

I'm not sure which member of the staff it is, but every time I call this office the lady who answers seems to always have a very negative and impolite attitude. I believe it is the receptionist, who seems to be rude no matter when I call. I believe she affects the business of this dentist office. Besides that, all the actual dentist's are very polite and kind!

Ive been in severe pain since I got fillings from them. They told me I had over a dozen which I think was untrue on their end. I believe they told me I needed that much work done to get money from my insurance company. I had absolutely no teeth pain prior to being treated by them and ever since I have been in constant pain and my fillings are already coming out even though they havent even been in my mouth for 2 months. The dentist I had was very pushy and in general I had a very uncomfortable experience there.

This past weekend, Nov 12th, I went online to Thompson Creek Dental looking for emergency help. My son broke a tooth and needed urgent care. I filled out the form for emergency care and received an email back confirming he had an appointment on Mon the 14th and that they would be in touch in a timely manner to let us know the time because no time was given. We waited all day yesterday, the 14th and I even called and left a message that we were waiting for someone to contact us. We were left in the dark.

Thanks a lot Thompson Creek Dental. Your timely manner is over!

I stopped going here a year ago. It was my worst dental experience coming here. I have been to many dentists and orthodontists trying and trying to find a place I like to get braces. I am finally getting them in the next month. I personally ask that anyone who wants to know more about why I say this or recommendations for good places, find me on facebook (same name as above) and inbox me or email me melody.sharp724@gmail.com. Normally I don't bother with reviews but I would feel guilty not doing my part in the community by allowing people to go here.

We previously had a fairly positive experience at Thompson Creek Dental...when we had insurance. My wife had a filling fall out. We don't have dental insurance, so she asked if they could bill us, or if we could make payments, or could they do any discounts. The answer was an emphatic NO to all that. They kept rudely pestering her, asking if she had the money to pay. They took her back to get started. They made her come back to the front and pay upfront BEFORE they would do any work. We have never had that happen to us before. Pay for a procedure before it was done? Unbelievable!

Unprofessional, unkind, mean, rude, unethical...the worst medical professionals we have ever been to. Do not go to Thompson Creek Dental!
