Coushatta Hotel

Great rooms , bed was very soft sheets were crisp and clean, bathroom was spotless. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would, I highly recommend this hotel.

Miss Sara, checked us in and I must say she is a awesome lady! Not only did she check us in and accommodate our needs. Sara had a awesome attitude, made us smile after a long day of traveling

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. We only stayed one night and we were on the ground floor. Our room was a King Junior Suite and it had everything we needed. We had easy access to our room, which was nice and clean. It is very close to the casino and they offer 24 hour shuttle service. The staff was welcoming. Overall, I enjoyed our stay.

My wife and I stayed in a suite here and we loved it. The best part is that we were able to bring our large dog with us (100+ lbs.). All the staff was very friendly and helped with any needs we had. Will definitely be back here soon

We arrived early to check in. The appearance of the exterior and interior was very good. The experience was just what you want and I loved the way the beds were made up...fresh sheets above and below the cotton blanket so your skin only touches laundered bedding. Nice and quiet on the 3rd floor. We will visit again soon.

Visiting Coushatta on a church bus trip. We stayed at this Best Western.
I had a very clean, comfortable room, could adjust temperature easily. Bed was very nice with clean, nice smelling sheets and pillows, towels were plentiful. I locked my key card in my room and easily got a replacement from Front Desk Staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the free breakfast which was amazing in selection and tasted great. The coffee was the best and is available 24/7! It is easy to walk to casino, no actual sidewalk, but easy to walk from motel parking lot to the casino driveway and into casino hotel entrance. If you don't feel like walking or can't walk the distance, there is shuttle service available. Would stay at this Best Western again!

The staff was awesome. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Our room was nice and when we got ready to leave the room that night we noticed it did not lock and you did not have to use a key to get in. It just opened. A young man at the desk immediately came to our rescue and changed the batteries to the door and did his routine maintence on the door lock. The door lock still would not work. He said I'm going to have to get y'all to move to another room and not risk the room not locking. He gave us a new room that had to be a Suite. It was very spacious and had the comfort of home. Very large room, kitchenette, dining table with 4 chairs, couch, recliner and king size bed. This young man went over and beyond his duties to make sure we were taken care of. I would recommend this Best Western to my family and friends. Thank you for making our stay such a pleasant one. May God Bless the Staff!!

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were pleasant and helpful. Shuttle service was convenient and the Friday driver, Jay (if I remember his name correctly) was great! Breakfast was definitely a plus and available later than usual (10:30 am when we were there on the weekend). Would definitely stay in the future.

Excellent hotel about 200 yards from casino. Beds are comfy and the place is clean. Value is ok but could be better. Breakfast sucks, grab and go. If you want the hot meal you take the breakfast burrito back to your room and microwave it. I'll definitely stay here next time I visit the casino.

All of the women at the front desk were very welcoming and friendly. The room was very big and clean. They had multiple options to choose from in the breakfast. There is a shuttle that runs 24/7 going to the casino. I would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to coming back!

Coushatta was great my 2 nephews went to kids quest and had a blast I tried their bread sticks and they were amazing there were very cheesy and delicious my but the hotel was so amazing 👏 we got 3rd floor and got 2 beds but one of them was a couch bedi loved it we went to the pool and have lots of fun

This is the BEST BW Motel I have ever stayed in. Staff went over and above to accommodate our every need. Ever have a clerk offer to go get ice and bring it to your room? Well Wendy did! Rooms were spacious and breakfast was excellent, real meat and even had grits to go with the standard fare offered at other facilities. They run a casino shuttle every 20 minutes and they do not even advertise the pool which was very nice as well. Will definitely stay again.

This was my second time returning to this best west. Had a smoking room. Jennifer was a lot of help we were in 105 my wife and I. They had brown bags for breakfast due to corona. We ate out tho and at the casino so it wasn't too much of a big deal. Thank you again

Clean Friendly Service. Staff is superior to most places. Great front desk, great housekeeping, great breakfast and happy faces all around. The repairman was wonderful and was Johnny on the spot when out TV didn't
work. Love staying there.

So glad we chose to stay here. Very close to the casino - we never had to wait longer than about five minutes for the shuttle to arrive to carry us back and forth. The bedroom and the bathroom were absolutely spotless! The king size bed was sooooooo comfortable! The front desk personnel -- especially CATHY -- were very friendly, fun to visit with, and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful with a great variety of choices - biscuits and gravy - toast, sausage, eggs, coffee, variety of juice, milk, etc. I made my own waffle and it was delicious. My husband and I will definitely chose to stay here again! Highly recommend the Best Western Inn at Coushatta!

The room was nice and clean. The first room we were in was on the third floor and it was hot, but when we went to the second floor it was much better. Their breakfast is good too, as is their coffee. If we go to the casino again we'll be staying at Best Western Coushatta.
