It was refreshing to have salespeople on the floor willing to help me put an outfit together. The young lady was very helpful and extremely kind. Good job JCPenney! Galen, from the Hair Salon, was awesome with my daughter. Wonderful haircut and great eyebrow wax!! We will be back!

Very nice salon staff and fantastic stylist, Jenny is the bomb! She can do anything for you and is honest about what to expect and does a fantastic job on all the styles we've tried! She rocks!

Very nice department store that is moderately priced. They have drapes and the hardware to afix them to the wall. They sell clothes, and an extensive infants and toddler's section, and business attire. There's a homegoods department that has small kitchen appliances that's hard to find. I really like the bedding section. The salespeople are really helpful.

Love the people. Needed larger selection of boys clothes size 7 I have triplets. All 3 wear size 7 pants shorts and 7/8 shirts. Waiting on new shipment.

I love JCP. Most all my shopping is done onlne through Ebates since I don't get out much. Sometimes I need to return an item so I take it to the store and I've never had a problem with the return. The clerks have been very kind and respectful

Awesome store very clean friendly loved the hair salon today.also 2 weeks ago. Very happy to have shopped at waycross store for school clothes . love their specials.cant wait to shop again soon. Thank you all of j.c.pennys yall are awesome folks !!

Had some new stuff out at 50-70% off. This location has zero return policy at this time. Social distances good.

I would like to take the opportunity to THANK Carol she is an awesome asset to the JC PENNEY BRAND!!! My daughter recently ordered a specialty Tee from the JC Penney sports fans dept online. It didn't fit and she was advised to "SIMPLY" return it to our local store. Well come to find out online and on-site are 2 completely worlds and there wasn't anything "SIMPLE about the process!!!
Your employee Carol went way above and beyond to make sure my daughter was a satisfied customer!! She was outstanding....The Waycross, Ga Mall J C Penney can be proud that you have such wonderful and gracious employees as Carol. ( I think she is one of the other Dept mgr's but we were waited on in the ladies dept)
It is attention to detail and a feeling that a company cares about the satisfaction of their customers that Carol gave us, that will continue to bring our family back time and time again to JC Penney. Thanks again !!😃
