Hampton Inn & Suites Jennings

Had to make an unexpected stop due to the weather and this hotel was the closest in the distance. My stay was amazing and I enjoyed the customer service, breakfast, and cleanliness of the hotel. I travel a lot and stay at the best hotels across the south but I appreciated the amazing service I received from this hotel. My room was clean, I just wished for updates, but everything else was just what I paid for.

I'm not sure the names of the the two young ladies at the front desk on 11/9/23 at 9:30 in the morning but they went above and beyond to get us in a room when my husband fell ill and was no longer able to travel! These ladies were friendly, professional and caring and that means a ton to me! The hotel was clean and spacious! To whomever these ladies were, thank you from the bottom of my heart! I dont know what we would have done if they hadn't been so kind. They deserve extra praise!

Shelby at the front desk was awesome. It's rare to find someone who is polite, chipper and who likes their job. I hope management treats her well. The room was very nice. I Just may consider changing from Choice Hotels

The Jennings Hamptom Inn matched their listing. Besides being nice and clean, the service was friendly and efficient.
The breakfast was way better than advertised. We did not use any other facilities.
I, especially, appreciated the building security. This hotel will stay on our list of great places to stop.

This is going to be our choice for hotel accommodations. Easy access from I10. And across the street there is a gas station with a very nice restaurant.

Eldin, at the front desk was very helpful in telling us about the Hampton Inn's details. Very clean establishment. Parking all around the building no need for valet as some other locations require.

Thanks to Eldin's friendly hospitality we will definitely recommend this Hampton Inn to friends and family.

I've never been more impressed with a hotel. All of the staff were friendly and spoke to you first when passing. Usually you see employees standing around but not here, everyone was always working hard and busy.
The room was large and clean. The bed was also comfortable. Other hotels should definitely take note from this one located in a small town. Bravo!

This hotel goes above and beyond. Never have I been to a breakfast at a hotel where the staff caters to you like you are in an expensive restaurant. They don't have to but they do. Love this place!

An amazingly clean and spacious room. I stayed here months ago and I made a point of staying here again today. Cheerful staff, clean room, clean bathroom, clean bed, pillows and sheets. Can’t fault this place.

Front desk was very helpful. Room was clean and comfy. Breakfast was a full breakfast and tasted great. Always enjoy the afternoon cookies and coffee. Hampton inn has never disappointed.

We were traveling and trying to make it to St. Charles but the weather was getting bad (see photos) and I was not about to drive into that severity. I’m a big weather-chicken!!
We googled hotels really quick and Hampton Inn popped up. It was pouring rain and the wind was so strong! I ran into the lobby a nervous wreck, asking for a room.

The girl at the desk was so kind and friendly and got us a room quickly. They also gave us a crib for Baby T to sleep in 🙌🏼👏🏼

This morning we had to get up early to beat another storm that was coming. We went down to eat “continental” breakfast but let me tell y’all - it was GOOD! They had 2 flavor waffle mixes, all the waffle toppings you can imagine, an oatmeal bar with allllll the toppings, hot buffet, cereal, yogurt, fruit, muffins, bagels, toast, the works!

As we were eating, some of the staff came around to all the families giving out goody bags to the kids for Easter! 💗🥰 Sky had to potty so we went to the bathroom in the lobby and it was extremely clean! Coming out, we ran into two housekeepers who were so happy and friendly.

Leaving the hotel, one of the janitor guys was outside changing trash bags and wished us a great day and a safe trip. All of the staff we encountered there was just very positive and happy!

My degree is in Hospitality and Tourism Management - love to travel and I am very picky and critical of hotels. But I have to say, this was a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ experience!

The staff, and everything about this hotel was fabulous. Never been to hotel where the staff was so courteous!!! Would highly recommend this place. The hotel was clean, as well was the room. Room was stocked with plenty of linens, and amenities for our family. Plenty of room for us to stretch out. Beds, and pillows were amazingly comfortable; unlike some places that have paper thin pillows, these were plush. We only stayed one night, but would stay again when we return again.

What an amazing staff! Our family ended up in this small town due to a car breakdown…yet we loved our stay due the super friendly and helpful staff. As my two young kids ran around the lobby as we made our plan, Victoria at the front desk got toys for the kids to play with and offered them snacks. At breakfast Liz made sure we had everything we needed, even making a snack bag with a coloring sheet and crayons for my kids and being super kind about cleaning up their messes. She turned the lobby Tv to Cocomelon for them, too! We The woman cleaning in our hall offered the kids candy was so kind to us. Every staff member genuinely seemed to be glad to working there and glad to have us visit, like we were family. Wonderful hospitality all around! We never asked for any of this…they anticipated our needed and met and exceeded them!

Rooms were super clean, the lobby was clean (even under the couches where I had to chase toys!), and the breakfast spread was super nice with even sprinkles and chocolate chips for the waffles to add a special touch.

We were able to walk next door to Walgreens and across the street to McDonald’s, so great location in that way! While our reasons for our stop were negative, this hotel made our stay very positive!

👍👍We stopped ln late in the evening. We called ahead while on the road, Haley at the front desk was very helpful. When we arrived, we were greeted with a friendly smile and good attitude.
The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.
They have a buffet in the am. The food was good. Staff was helpful.
Overal,l a good experience.

#1 Hampton Inn in the state of Louisiana! The man who checked us in was super nice as well as the maintenance man that used to play basketball!! Safe and friendly and clean!!

It is good and comfortable hotel to stay if you travel through the area.

We stopped here on our drive to Texas. Just needed a quick place to shower and get some rest. Front desk clerk was friendly and accommodating. Towels were really rough, but we just stayed about 10 hours.

Always good. I've spent about 40 nights here. Go for a birding festival.

I was in Jennings for an overnight stay and had reservations at this particular property. The rooms are huge and the pillows are firm and it was the cleanest hotel room I’ve stayed in and several months. The breakfast was hot and delicious, the staff was friendly, and this place definitely is on my list to stay at next time I am in Jennings.

Very nice stay, very pleasant front desk staff! Rooms are nice, as usual for Hampton. Good breakfast as well. Truckers can park at shop rite. It's a little walk but doable.

It was very nice... And very quiet here. The breakfast was excellent. I enjoyed the other guests staying here as well. It just has an overall very pleasant feel the whole place.
