Naismith Valley Park

Fantastic park. Great for walking, running or riding. Dogs are welcome. Continue your walk south into the wetlands or stop at either end at the grocery or hardware store. Don't recommend going through at night.

The population has been cleaned out and it is back to being a great park.

Was a 5 star despite the no camping signs there is an entire homeless village living in the park , good job lawrence. I could deal with the large amounts of tents and trash now everywhere, but when they come out of the woods tweaking balls and start screaming at your wife and kids on multiple occasions, it's a little much.

27th St to Missouri St fork or the 31st St fork are under construction at the moment (supposedly until Nov. 2022). A nice walking path with wide paved trail which winds gently through semi-wooded area. The trail features three connected paths that lead to apartment complexes/Dillon's Grocery, residential neighborhood, or Menards. The path near Menards has a man-made water feature with fountain in warmer seasons. Wildlife, such as geese, ducks, herons, turtles and even beavers can sometimes be seen.

A nice quiet place to take a walk and speak freely. To God or otherwise.

Beautiful and serene, has nice variety of pathways that actually take you to useful places.

Be nice if it was a fishing pond like lake Mary's. But oh well. Over all a great place see.

Running trail was great for my pup and the other runners/walkers were very friendly.

In the valley so low ,in the valley so high it's a pleasure to walk and talk the foliage so bright and niegh.
