Quality Inn Overland Park Kansas City

Personally I didn't have ANY issues. Yes it was a little run down but the lobby was clean as well as the rooms. Everything worked & the location was close to what we needed. Great Price for what I was looking for. Online pictures are a little dated but overall I'd recommend

Sue was amazing. We were in town twice in a 2 week period for 2 deaths in our family. This was devastatingly horrible. Sue was kind and sympathetic. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The rest of the staff was helpful and sweet. I would not hesitate to stay with them again anytime. Out of everything happening, we were comforted and safe with them. Thank you.

I don’t know how anyone could give this place a bad review I spent two nights here the staff was very polite. The rooms were clean and fully stocked. The prices are very reasonable and the mattresses were very comfortable not lumpy like a lot of hotels you stay in.

I repeat front desk. Staff was great. I will be staying here often as needed.

Great, inexpensive place to stay. The rooms were clean, service was friendly but elevators were broke down. Not a huge deal since I was on the third floor but not ideal.

I stayed for a convention nearby, so the location was perfect. The rooms were better than I expected for the price. Very clean. Plenty of pillows, towels, and space to store belongings. The air conditioner was a blessing after being in the summer heat, and the shower had amazing water pressure. I didn't interact with the staff much, but when I did, they were very friendly!

Sam was absolutely amazing! I was in town do to family in the hospital and needing a place to stay. We got there and she got us right in a room. We stayed a total of 5 nights. Each night we came in from the hospital extremely exhausted she welcomed us with a smiling face. One night she even gave suggestions for food as we are not familiar with the area. We even gave a good word to others at the hospital and showed another out of towner how to get there as well!!!

Very clean, safe location, friendly staff. Bring cash for the vending machines.

This is the second time we have stayed here. We have to come back repeatedly for my son to go to the children's hospital here and this place has been wonderful!! We tried staying somewhere else last time but came back here for this trip. The staff is so great and helped me add on nights at the last minute. They have made these hard experiences a little bit easier and less stressful. You can tell the staff really cares and they even ask about my son and how he is doing. We are going to have to come back several more times and we will definitely be staying here again. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a reasonably priced hotel that's clean and has an absolutely amazing staff!!! Thank you for taking such great care of our family.

The room was clean but coffee maker was no where near a plug, the alarm clock was not plugged in and the USB ports did not work.
All the front desk workers were amazing except the guy the fist night. He's super shifty and untrusting.
This location is only 5 minutes from where I had to be so it was super convenient.

I could not have asked for a better Hotel stay. My husband had knee revision surgery at Menorah Hospital and Quality Inn was a very short drive away. My room was very clean, cool and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and so accommodating. We will be recommending this Hotel to family and friends. Thank you Quality Inn for making this trip a stress free stay.

Currently staying at this quality inn for a night. Honestly I think this is a great hotel. It's situated back from the main road, so it's quiet. The lobby is clean and comfortable. The staff is really friendly. Walking into the room, it is very clean including the bathroom. We got the two queen room, and it is kind of tight in a way, but you can still move around. Beds are very comfortable, and fluffy pillows are awesome. I definitely like the little seat thing by the window. All in all, this is well worth the money you pay for it. When we come back to Kansas city, we will definitely stay here again. Oh, and parking is limited, but there are more spaces in a lot next store, but the hotel can't help the way they built the parking lot. Great job in my books quality inn.

I have been traveling to Overland Park, KS for the past 3 years and staying here. Rooms are okay in size and beds are comfortable, staff are really helpful and they clean your room every day. you have breakfast now available as COVID is over and included in the pricing, nice location as you will get everything within walking distance.

This was centrally located 2 the places we needed to go. Rooms were very clean & smelled that way. Sue & other staff bent over backwards 2 assist us, Sue even calling her church 2 hav our daughter in KU Med Ctr 4 brain surgery, put on their prayer list!
We have stayed there twice & will go back when in K.C. Our daughter & family received a good discount as we were all there 4 her operation.

The lady at the front desk was nice. She asked someone to check if the room was clean and offered free breakfast after having drove all night. So sweet.

The front desk lady helped me so much so I can have a room for the night due to my wife in the hospital when the other motels near by wouldn't help me at all they were so rude and didn't care my wife was in the hospital. I would give quality inn 10 or more stars cause they deserve more than 5 stars so thank you to the lady that helped me out you went far and beyond out of your way to help me. SO I THANK YOU AGAIN AND GOD BLESS

The night attendant, Sue, is amazing very personable. When she found out why we were here she asked if there was anything she could do for us, we asked for prayers. She did just that calling her son and his church family to pray for our family. We will stay here next time just because Sue is here and she has a loving caring spirit.

I needed to make a last minute change in my accommodations as the Airbnb I was staying at was not working for us, and this Quality Inn was the perfect fit. I was looking for some place simple, safe and clean with nice staff and I found it here! I plan to stay there again when we return to KC next time.

Only stay for couple days first time only thing traffic on Metcalf and 1435 lots of traffic and thousands of people vehicle breakfast is so so enough put something in your stomach coffee juice waffle maker microwave sandwich hot cereal 🥣 may be back future dates 📅 I book mine with price lines bill was 170.50 that all I can spend Quality inn suites
