Sometimes when I go into this store, I am sick. I am tired and I really need someone to help me.
The staff knows their products and where they can be found ,no matter what they are doing they tell me or-take me to the products. They are courteous and extremely helpful when I want to use my coupons. I use them nearly every time I go ! I have never had a bad experience at this store..and in this day and age that means something. I feel valued as a customer and they are helpful in helping me deal with the medical situations I find myself in. Thank you so much for caring.

Standard CVS. Has a single non gendered bathroom near the back. The store hosts a pharmacy but also sells snacks, seasonal items, and clothing.

Great Customer Service! Today I had a medical emergency that Whitney and her staff were able to help with. I had forgotten my Insulin at home and needed some during my stay in Ellijay. I can’t say enough good about their friendliness and willingness to go above and beyond. Thanks for your kindness!

Whitney is a pleasure to deal with. All the Pharmacy employees are pleasant and helpful. They find the lowest price available for my prescriptions. I’m thankful for their presence in Ellijay.

Customer saved from a scam: “Banana” as they call her is the best! I went in to buy a gift card for an eBay customer worth $200 not really thinking anything of it. She politely asked what I was buying it for and I told her an eBay customer well.... She stopped me in my tracks with concern. I called eBay right away. This sweet lady saved my tail from being scammed. Sometimes we need others to look out for us and I’m so thankful she did! Ellijay CVS has a loving staff that love and care for their community in every way! I can’t thank her enough! Thank You Thank You!

I literally just left, and Brittany was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Im beating myself because I forgot to print my receipt and now I can't do the survey. She deserves it.

Pretty good Cvs the service was good but there prices on certain things are high ! A bottle coke cold
Is high but darn coke can’t you drop your prices on some cold coke once and awhile????
