Big Lots

I shopped here on 01/02. One lady was helping a new hire at check out on this day, and was treating her with patience and kindness. When they pulled my information, they called me by name and wished me well. It was a great experience that really uplifted the entire shopping experience. Wonderful customer service! Keep it up!

The store has been here long enough to start going down hill, but that really hasn't happened. I have no complaints. Good job 👍

I love shopping Biglots. They have weekly deals on an array of items. And they offer coupons on entire purchases if you are a reward member and they also have their own credit cards.

Big Lots is a wonderful place to find common items at great prices and unusual items at great prices.

I have Ben amazed at the wide variety of food items. Of all types; that I have found there...but Never Heard of.

There are all sorts of holiday items at unheard of prices and varieties.

There are all sorts of furniture and household items.

The list goes on. I assure you that you will find something. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable.

This was my first visit to the new location and I truly enjoyed the experience. It's much bigger and has a nice atmosphere. Products are stocked well and in good condition. The checkout area was loaded with items as you pass by to get to the register. The friendly employee ringing me up was nice and knowledgeable. The parking lot area was cleaned and it's way enough parking spaces for many. I like it here and I'll be back real soon!

I was shopping for Christmas decorations. They had a great selection, and I purchased a tree collar. The store was clean and well laid out. The aisles were wide and not crowded. The cashier was very friendly. I love this store.

I love browsing for all the good deals! It's a hit or miss visit but I love going to look. Always new stuff coming in.

I really like this new store! It is a lot bigger and cleaner than the old one. The manager is still there and she is always pleasant and friendly. the prices are nice too. and it is right next door to Harbor Freight tools, so my hubby can shop next door while I browse the store and don't have to listen to "are we through now? Isn't this enough stuff, why do you need more?"

Big Lots is one of my favorite stores in Albany, GA. Recently I purchased some outdoor items for the Summer and a worker name Reese assisted me. He was helpful in finding the items I wanted with patience you just don’t find much these days. I say this because he would run back to the back to make sure an item was available with the best Attitude! After my purchase, he loaded it into the car having assisted me again with what you can hardly find… excellent service. This week, I was looking for patio furniture for my daughter and who would l get again to help- Reese. Off to the back he went confirming whether the item was there. Then my daughter came there and bought outdoor table and chairs and other items that Reese again loaded into our vehicles. My daughter called her cousin and she came and wanted to purchase a Gazebo again with Reese’s assistance. I could go on and on about this Valuable Worker that Big Lot has! Thank YOU Reese!!!!

The store is neat and clean. Customer service is great. A wide selection of everything with great prices. I don't shop here much but it's always a pleasant experience when I shop here.

Nice place to go visit now selling groceries and prices are low great at helping you better find restrooms are clean parking lot no pot holes otherwise it is a 5 Star in my book

This store has a variety of merchandise but my main interest is in the section where seeds and nuts are because they are good for my diet.

If I could give 10 Stars I would, Ms. Sade, and Ms. San-Toy very personable and extremely helpful. They answered every question my husband and I had concerning the furniture we were interested in! Their assistance was so refreshing! Thanks again ladies you ROCK!!!!

Alot better than a year ago. Store is clean well stocked. Employees friendly and helpful. Checkout was fast and efficient.

Went here looking for a basketball goal for my daughter's godson. Unfortunately, we were not able to locate the basketball goal. But the store was nice.
