Do Not Shop at this store. The Owner has a very nasty attitude. And her customer service skills are zero. Shop at rainbow they have better prices and you can exchange or refund your purchase if needed. After filing a complaint with the mall about this store practice…I received a call That I could return the dress for a full refund. I Will never shop at barefoot again

If could do a lower rating I would do not shop at this store. I bought a pair of shoes for an important event, but ended up with two left shoes. Now at this point I do not even want the mate cause of the embarrassment of having to wear sneakers to a banquet. I went to the store to request a refund and they offered me a store credit. I DO NOT WANT YOUR STORE CREDIT. I AM NOT SHOPPING HERE AGAIN. I DO NOT WANT THE MATE, I NEEDED WHEN I SUPPOSED TO HAVE TWO OF CORRECT SHOES. The first part of customer service is to please the customer don't tell me that you can't credit my account back when I know you can. This is wrong. Left the lefties on the counter dealing with my bank. Do not shop here.
