The young manager that worked there yesterday was very kind. She was very informative on the shoes and gave good service!!! I was really impressed by her customer service!!

This store is very nice should have been here a long time ago but I know where to go for the babies walking shoes!!!!

Came in here for a third time to get my baby some shoes and the lady with bangs was telling her co worker “she does to much , everytime she come here she does to much” all I was doing was taking pictures of my baby in the shoes, she’s a baby I was excited. I didn’t know you had to rush out the store once you make a purchase. It made me so uncomfortable I will never come back. As a fellow business owner I would want the owners to know the type of service people are giving. Then she was eating who does that in front costumers, unprofessional. The quality of the shoes are good & buster brown is a good company but I won’t return to this location

1/28/23 at 3:40pm.Whatever young woman was working this shift should be fired.Terrible service. Heavy set with black and blue hair didn’t speak when we entered.She snatched my sons foot when sizing his foot and gave us the wrong size. She even yelled across the store at us and didn’t even try to help. I would go to the buster brown in another area. If you’re looking to size your baby’s foot, go to kids foot locker. Absolutely terrible service. I was very angry leaving there.
