Love love my furniture. The purchase was easy financing terms were the best no hassle Honestly. The 100 day same as cash can’t beat that salesperson Melissa was awesome I’m truly happy with my decision and will be returning!

We absolutely love shopping in this store! The staff is always incredibly friendly, not pushy at all, but extremely helpful and their prices for quality furnishings is unbeatable. I purchased a console from them last August that was absolutely stunning from Melissa. Today I went back into the store to look for an exact replacement as it was damaged when we had a pipe burst in our home. Beverly went out of her way to track me down another one, even though they didn't have it in stock. I am so grateful, as it was one of my favorite pieces of furniture in my home and I didn't want to have to settle for something else. I look forward to doing a lot of business here in the future, and have recommended this store to others.

The prices were great!! The customer service was amazing . They were so helpful and patient waiting on me to decide what I wanted. I shopped several places and their prices were by far the best. They have high quality furniture and a great selection. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Melissa was the best. She is very knowledgeable of the stock and styles in the store. We looked at many big box furniture stores and the prices and customer service didn’t not compare. They have many different options at affordable prices. We will be back to purchase more furniture in the future.

Allen @ Great Furniture & Mattress was so helpful!! I asked for two items from a company that they no longer have in store. Allen and his staff were quick to get on the phone to see if they could get the items. The price was great!!! I will definitely shop with them again and recommend them to friends and family.

The young man who helped us was very friendly and helpful when it came to helping us find what we came in their store looking for. I did not catch his name, but he was awesome at his job. We never once felt pressured to make quick split second decisions or, like we were unwanted, like at some other places.

Have great in stock options, but we did a custom order and they offered a lot of options, clear on warranty information, and friendly sales person. Definitely worth checking out.

I just want to express my sincere gratitude for your company. My husband and I made FIVE stops before coming into your store and you were the FIRST store who had someone who was not only knowledgeable but also greeted us with a smile and treated us like it was his pleasure to help us find what we wanted. Chuck was our salesman.

The reason we didn't get from other stores was 1) the sales people at the other stores acted like we were a bother and didn't want to talk to us. 2) the other stores were under stocked and didn't have what we were looking for. 3) if the store had a friendly salesperson, they were WAY over priced 4) if the store had a friendly salesperson with what we wanted, they couldn't deliver it in our time frame we were seeking.

BECAUSE your store had a friendly salesperson, reasonable prices, furniture in stock that could be delivered within our time frame, we even bought furniture for an extra room!! totalling 3 rooms that ALL got new furniture from your store!

When the delivery guys came (Dalton and his assistant) They were very professional and mannerly. They really did a thorough job of placing the furniture with care and setting it up in each room!

I will definitely be telling all my friends and family about your business etiquette and advice them to just save time, money and avoid frustration by visiting your store FIRST!

Bought a bed set here. Very pleasant people. Not pushy. Don't follow you around. Deliveries got backed up due to weather and they immediately rescheduled and stayed in touch. The guys that delivered and set up the bed were very nice and worked quickly. This is a great place, glad I found them and will definitely do business with them again!

We have had such great experiences here! From the moment that you walk in the door all the way to when the delivery truck is leaving your house. So professional and accommodating! The place to come for any and all furniture needs. Chuck has been so helpful. We do not hesitate to recommend anyone here because we know they will be taken care of!

We got some great deals at this place! And they where honest to their word. We where quoted a price for items but one item was not on our receipt and when we went to pick it up we explained that the person had quoted us the price with that item as well. He called the person and he said yes I did tell them that and they honored it and gave us that item as well. Great Furniture, Great Prices, Great Customer Service! We worked with Chuck and Cody and they where awesome!
