We took our 2020 F-150 to have the front end aligned. Not only did we receive excellent customer service, the guy was really quick to call me back and work with our schedule. Fast and exceptional service. They have a wonderful customer service employee, and the mechanics are friendly as well as great at what they do. After spending 50+ dollars I was given a 1 year warranty for road side assistance including battery jumps, towing, refueling, etc and a reimbursement of up to 150$ with which ever of those services I may end up needing to use. I will definitely be coming back in the future and I love how they're just a jump and skip away from home.

Came here for an alignment and I was greeted with great customer service. The waiting lobby was nice and clean, The Receptionist was very nice and chatted with me the whole time which helped the time go by quickly. I was easily in and out within the hour. alignment was about as close to perfect as it can get for an old 97 ranger and the price was the lowest I've seen around. Definitely my go to local repair shop from now on!

I am a retired mechanic and my daughters moved to this area. Her husband passed away and needed to find a good shop I could trust to send her to. We had a broken motor mount, which they got fixed in one day. The price was right and friendly honest folks! She now has a garage she can go to herself and not feel intimidated. Thanks Y’all!

I have a lifted F250 I took in for an alignment. The lady up front was very nice as well as the mechanics. They had me in and out in no time. Definitely will use in the future and recommend!

I'm not sure what the problem the lady that gave this garage a 1 star was. I have used Mr. Snow since I've lived in W. Ga. going on 10 years now. I've always received prompt courteous service and the utmost respect from them. I've never been gouged or had the bait and switch tried on me. In fact once when my wife's timing belt broke he honestly told me that it could be a very expensive repair depending on how much it tore up the engine. Those of you who've experienced this know what a cost this can be. Our charge was just a shade over $200 dollars due to the fact it happened while the car was idling and little damage occurred. A dishonest mechanic had the perfect chance to gouge us well over a $1000 dollars. My father uses Snow's as well and has NEVER had a problem with the work and was an electrical engineer is entire life. Honest, competent auto mechanics at Snow's. I recommend them to all my friends and anyone who ask if I know a good mechanic.

I've never been to a better garage. Snow's is very honest and they go above and beyond when servicing your vehicle.

I have a mid 2000s pickup truck, and I always take my truck there to get it tuned up. Every time I go, I always ask them to check out the brakes, and only one time has he recommended that I replace the pads on the rear (and this was already after they were squeaking for weeks).

If I could give Snow's Garage more stars, I would. Nice, hard-working people.

JCP Customs replaced the water pump in my 2011 Chevrolet Traverse. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The price was reasonable, work done quickly and properly, and I would recommend them to others.

Marvin Snow is the owner. He is the most trustworthy mechanic I have ever known. Marvin and his guys have been taking care of my cars for over a decade. He has reasonable rates an dose a quality job. Once my wife Lexus had a recall ,we sent it to the Dealership an while there they noticed that the water pump was starting to leak. Lexus wanted approximately $1500. to fix. Snow fixed it for approximately $500.00. I tell everyone that has a car problem that is in reasonable driving distance to go see Marvin Snow at his shop.
