Packet pickup HQ for Turkey Day race. In the heart of O'Bryonville. Some street parking but also a parking lot across the street. Seems to have everything a runner would need. Friendly and helpful without being overbearing.

Just had the best shoe buying experience in a long time! I was a little nervous because I’m not a runner anymore, but I needed more supportive shoes than what I was finding on clearance lately. They were so friendly, sized me and evaluated my gait and made recommendations. JackRabbit had a huge variety in stock, but it wasn’t overwhelming with the great staff. She was so patient while I went back and forth between a couple of pairs and asked for different colors. Very happy with my purchase and glad to find such a great, local business.

On a random Tuesday afternoon, half the city decided to buy shoes. With far more customers than sales associates, I cannot commend them enough for the personalized attention they managed to give everyone in the store. Anna was the associate working with me - she handled my return and spent plenty of time helping me find the right pair. Her professionalism would have been above and beyond if I'd been the only person in the store, but to cheerfully juggle many of us at a time was a true feat (pun intended :). I was already a repeat customer, but this is what keeps me from checking out the competition! Well done!

Came in with my parents and was helped by a young lady who runs track for UC. She fitted me using an electronic system and I bought a pair of Hoka brand shoes which are insanely comfortable. Also got to pet Coby who came in for his daily good boy treat.

Interesting place. Must visit if you wanna learn more about the science behind footwear especially if you are into running or outdoorsy adventures.

The foot study device is super detailed. They give tens of insights about your foot shape and recommend the best ones for your shape and size. Not too pushy or salesy, just data driven insights on what’s right for your feet. Absolutely loved the overall experience.

The man who was guiding me in my purchase had a ‘Just Do It’ tattoo on his forearm, literally the man was that much into that brand yet the shoe that he recommended me was an ASICS Kayano one.

Overall, super impressed with my visit at this shop.

The store offers a wide variety of shoes with a wide variety of sizes, alongside some running gear and orthopedics. The prices are solid, and sales are plentiful. What really stood out to me is how the staff worked with me carefully to make sure that I got the shoes best for my medical conditions. The person I've worked with each time has been thorough, patient, and knowledgeable. I've gotten two pairs of shoes from this store, and I'm sure I'll get my next pair here too.

Tracy was great and was able to help me find the shoes I was looking for. I didn’t know what I looking for when I walked in but she took the time to ask about my old shoes, my expectations for a new pair, and helped me narrow down a few selected pairs to the exact ones I was hoping to find. Excellent experience!

Had a great experience here with a lovely lady who helped me pick out the perfect pair of running shoes. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and because of her I’ll probably never buy running shoes anywhere else.

I went here for the first time after several great reviews from friends in the area, and I can only describe it as magical. I walked in and was asked what I was looking for, I explained the things I wanted in a shoe (running/everyday work shoe, my budget, cushion, and support), and the man working there came back with several options for me. I really liked the fit of one pair, but not the color, so he checked the back to ensure they didn’t have any other colors, and VOILÁ - he finds the perfect color for me that he didn’t even know they had! This whole process took 15 minutes, was COVID-safe, and set me up with perfect shoes. I am so grateful for their personal touch and extensive knowledge!

Bob Roncker's Running Spot has been THE most helpful show store I have ever been to. The store staff are VERY knowledgeable about all of the shoes and able to talk you through finding exactly the right shoe for you. My wife who has a very specific shoe need, was able to find immediate help and resolution for finding the right pair of running shoes. I have been in quite a few times as I try to transition from regular running shoes to a lighter, more minimal shoe type and Chris and Liz were able to help me find multiple pairs of shoes that fit my need and even recommend how to transition. I have been impressed by Roncker's already, but my most recent experience there has really pushed them above and beyond. Thank you so much for trying to fit every customer's need and seeing that everyone of all running levels is met with respect.

I really needed a good pair of shoes due to the increased walking I have been doing during covid. My feet were getting sore after 5 miles so i knew it was time for new kicks. I wanted some expert advice and quality equipment since walking has taken place of going to the gym. Jackrabbit totally hooked me up. The young sales lady examined my old shoes for wear patterns and suggested a few pairs to try out. She also showed me some inserts. I can be hard headed and stubborn but I fought that impulse and took her advice. I'm really glad I did. I'm walking farther and faster than before without painful feet afterwards. Thanks JackRabbit and my dogs thank you too.

Great shoes for serious runners. I had seen their ads but wasn't sure what to expect. It's a very different experience than going to one of these larger sporting good stores. The sales clerk really knew the shoes well. They had a really nice assortment and the prices were quite competitive with the number of pairs on sale. They also had a lot of other equipment for runners: gels, various socks, sport watches, etc. I've been running the Pig since 2011 and I'm embarrassed that it was my first time in their store. I should have gone there much earlier!

Best running store anywhere. Super knowledgeable staff and great selection for such a small store. They are great at local race support and all types of runners. Whether you're a sprinter, marathoner, trail runner, or mid distance runner, this is the place to get great gear and great advice. They also offer the best training groups around. All around excellence.

The folks here are awesome. Very professional and can answer any question you throw their way. I went into the store because I was having achilles pain after my runs even though I would cool down and stretch post run. They explained to me that it was likely due to a lack of support in my old shoes combined with the surface I was running on (cement). I walked out with a pair of Saucony's and started running on a track. No more pain!

Jodi helped me find a new pair of running shoes today. She was super knowledgeable about shoe fit and put me in a new shoe and insole that will not make my foot hurt. I will ask for her help when I go back because she was so awesome. She also trimmed my new insoles and put them in my shoe before I left! Thank you, Jodi!

Came here to pick up the package for the Thanksgiving run. Fast and efficient, thank you. We used street parking when we came, enough spots even with all the people coming for the packages.
