Wells Fargo Bank

This is Carmen and she worked so hard on trying to get the paperwork straightend out for my Mom and a qit account, but do to another Wells Fargo in South Florida Miguel wrote down the wrong EIN number and messed up on his end she couldn't complete it today. This is my 3rd time going to Well Fargo dont get me wrong there awesome at some branches and truly cate about clients. This branch is in Deland by Walmart and the Branch Manager is on point and handles his bank with Pride. Sure wish they all would! Anyways thank you for trying to fix it.

I just have to say all the other reviews here are completely wrong and probably from problem customer who just didn't get their way. Kelly the manger is amazing and really cares about her business and customer. Katy the main teller is everything. Dan is the man. Gloria is straight to the point and strong, with a heart of gold, everybody there is professional and great

This place is in a good location, easy to see from the street, small parking lot, in my personal experience the customer service was great, my only issue is that there is only one ATM And is a drive up ATM, And it's the only ATM inside and outside the bank.

Multiple bad experiences cashing customers checks at this bank. Also the daytona branch. Bad attitude and false answers. The process changes depending on the employee you get. When my customer had to show up to the bank, he asked to close his account, they asked him to wait in another line. I no longer accept wells fargo checks.

One person manning the drive-through window on a Friday afternoon at 4 o'clock when every single window is full and then I have to wait and then other cars get ahead of me and i still have to wait. Bad service before a holiday.

Non trust were the bank

I've been banking with WF for 19 years. Suddenly, this branch decided a check I was trying to deposit fraudulent. Waited 3 hours for the unintelligent staff here to refuse the check, drove 5 minutes to the next branch, and deposited without a problem. After 19 years of standing by them after all the federal criminal fraud WF has committed and they treated me like this...take my advice, bank anywhere else.

I needed to set up a new bank account and decided I wanted to do it through Wells Fargo. I made a 1pm appointment with Marleen to do so and had to schedule the hr off work 2 weeks in advance. When I arrived at 12:55 for my appointment I was greeted by a employee & told them about my appointment, they sighed and said that Marleen had just left 5 mins before for her 30min lunch break. I guess she doesn't use her calander, after waiting 45 mins and the banker never showed back up I left and went back to work. I set up a account at the chase bank by my house after work the next day and had the most wonderful experience with their team. I 10/10 recommended shoving money in your mattress rather than attempting to use this bank branch.
