CELIMAR STORE MANAGER SOLD ME A PIECE OF CRAP ON 2/6/24 … SHE AND HER SALES REP DOUG LET ME LEAVE THAT EVENING KNOWING CAR HAS A OIL LEAK!! On 2/7/24 I MAKE THEM AWARE OF ISSUE THEY TOW THE CAR THEY SAID THEY FIXED BUT I PICK THE CAR UP ON THE 2/9/24 LATE EVENING!! ON 2/10/24 put the car on the highway only for it to go from 80 mph to 20-40 …. Immediately make them aware!!! Unable to get to them by the time they close so had to wait until Monday 2/12/24…. Call speak to DOUG MAKE HIM AWARE OF THE CODES HE STATES THAT SAME PROBLEM WAS FIXED 6 mod prior and has warranty to be fixed again they tow the car on 2/13/24 CELIMAR states mechanic drove car and car gave him no issues so nothing will be fixed on car THEY WONT GIVE ME MY 2k that I put down and they still have the car that is not fixed and now they are charging me for the tow before car can be picked up!!! I have reported this place to attorney general consumer , department of agriculture, department of highway safety plans also reached out to channel 2 they will not respond to any text emails or return calls all they do is say they can’t do anything and will not refund or fix the car SO DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY I AM A SINGLE PARENT AND ITS A STRUGGLE EVERY DAY FOR A BUSINESS TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ME!!! SO I WANT NO ONE TO GO THROUGH WHAT I DID WITH THIS UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE CALLED A BUSINESS CHECK THEM OUT ON BBB THEY ARE AN F
