Duke is great. I always have 2 separate purchases for home and for work. He listens carefully and scans two separate orders as fast as 1 and always accurate to what I’m saying. He’s friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work 👍

I wanted to say thank you to the manager and gentlemen at the front Loui, who went above and beyond! They both helped me put a battery in my car after my vehicle died in their parking lot at 8pm. They didn’t want me to be left outside alone and so they continued to help me until the car was fixed! I was able to drive home and wanted to say it was a huge blessing!

Best deals for all the things we use a lot of. Just got early, when they first open, otherwise the check out lines are absolutely atrocious. Especially since they rarely have more than 1 or 2 cashiers working lines.

The bakery made my daughter a beautiful and delicious custom cake for her birthday! The prepackaged mini cupcakes were also delicious. We will definitely use their bakery for future needs!

I ordered a special 2 tiered cake for my daughter’s 6 birthday. Ordering was easy. I spoke with bakery about birthday theme and they gave assistance on how to create the perfect cake. I couldn’t believe how absolutely perfect the cake was not only by the visual aspect but the cake was so moist and delicious. Superior skill! Thank you! I will always order cakes from BJ’s.

This review is for Vince Emerson and BJ's crew thanks for the great customer service Vince. Long story short I bought an item with a coupon and for some reason it was cancelled me and Vince didn't care how he only cared I got my item or coupon. He understood my problem then handled it with the questions I wanted to ask because I could hear him....then he got back on the phone and told me my item would be up front and he was sorry for the inconvenience. Wow you don't get good customer service like that anymore but Vince Emerson was Outstanding...Thanks Vince!

There is a great variety of products available.
They have a great wine selection, beer, paper products, sodas and other drinks, health and beauty products, grocery items , frozen food items fresh meat and produce.

Great store that has nearly everything you wanna eat. From clothing to tvs. Bulk foods and sliced deli meats. Friendly and helpful employees, you can't go wrong.

Out of all the stores I shop at BJs is the only place that Consistently has everything I need.

It seems like a lot of wholesale stores or more Novelty type of stuff. As in foods that people would probably try once but they're not realistic and in everyday life.

If You need to do real grocery shopping for just? Everyday items. B j's. Always has everything and stock. And it's usually not too crazy either. More Organized.

I love BJ more than Costco. Better prices and selection. Their name brand products are as good as many name brands. Checkout lines need some work as there are too many limited item checkout lines and they are always empty when the regular checkout lines are always backed up.

Ordering online was an extremely good experience. The staff was helpful, checked off each item, wheeled the cart out to my vehical and helped load the items. After reading the reviews I was hesitate because of one "reviewer" stated understaff. My wife and I did not see any indications regarding that comment. And a great kudo to the meat department helping to trim our selection of beef after we purchased the item. Great Service.

Saw a two-tier graduation cake earlier in the week and a woman said they have these in stock, so come back when you need it…not exactly accurate.

However, with her Super Hero cape in tow, Christine came to my rescue. She helped me me fill out the form and said it would be ready by 10am the next day…14 hours away. Sure enough, it was done, ready and she even called to verify what I wanted written.

Cake was delicious, the VPK class and parents loved it and Christine was a rock star! Thanks!

CHRIS FROM BAKERY IS A GOD SEND!! thank god! I was going crazy trying to figure out how to order since we’re visiting from Brooklyn. I was able to order a themed cake with image design and cupcakes. I called the same BJS yesterday and someone else from bakery was so unwilling to help that I just hung up. Another bjs I tried the printer was out of commission. Thank you so much again Chris!

I’m grateful to live around the corner from this store. They have everything I need and you can’t beat their gas prices. Workers are always friendly and helpful. It’s never really really busy so it’s a nicer shopping experience then going to Sams or Costco.

I love shopping at BJS the prices are great it is so easy to get ahead of budget and start saving for what really matters fast! You will enjoy the wide variety throughout the store. I had called customer service today for the first time for a bottling problem of product of which I purchased a case of and they happily sent me a certificate to replace it not just the bottle but the case, now where else would you get such customer care?

I work up the road from this location, however, I do not live in the area so I do not have a membership. Today, while running some work errands, my truck began to sputter and I realized I was running out of gas. I have been having issues with the float and usually compensate until I can have it repaired, however, today I was pulling a trailer loaded with metal and didn't allow for that. I missed the first turn for your location, however, made the second and thought I was going to make it to the pump when my truck shut off. I let it coast and came very close, but not close enough to get the pump to reach. I was very frustrated (I have never let that happen) and embarrassed. I was also a bit irritated with myself for not keeping a gas can in my truck, knowing I've been having issues. Normally, if you ask a gas station if they have something you can put gas in, they say they will sell you a gallon jug for 3 times the normal price. I didn't know what to expect, but I went to the window where I met the kindest lady named Jackie. I asked if she had anything I could put gas in and she gladly helped me and let me borrow her gallon container. I filled it and put it in my truck and then pulled up to the pump. She assisted me in getting the pump to work (since I am not a member) and was as friendly as could be the entire time. I wasn't really blocking anything, however, it was busy and people can be very impatient and there was some honking going on. (Sorry for the ruckus)!!! Jackie kept her cool the entire time and a smile on her face. She asked me if I needed anything else and then went about helping other customers. She seemed genuinely happy to be there and to be doing her job, which I'm sure requires a lot of running back and forth and patience with customers. She is an asset to your company and she deserves accolades for the assistance she provided to me today. Thank you, Jackie!! You were a Godsend!

Cashier Joanne was an absolute sweetheart. By far the best BJ's I've visited! Joanne went above and beyond to help my mom find her coupons in the booklet. Fast customer service and warm welcome. Thank you!!

Jennifer was so very kind and helpful to her.
All of the staff that we have met have gone out of their way to help us every time.
