What a different car purchase experience. Super easy, super smooth and actually felt like the good ole days when customer service existed. Highly recommend this dealership. Staff was amazing. Honest and goodhearted people. The world needs more businesses like this.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful and all the cars they have are in excellent condition for great prices. Would recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle a a great price. Best car buying experience I have had to date!

Update: Car is still running well and hasn't had any major issues so far. I always tell people where I bought it because the staff went above and beyond to make my experience excellent.

I purchased two company vehicles from them in 2016, the experience was very pleasant and hassle free, Gary & the Sales men bent over backwards to help and no high pressures. I gave them my requirements on vehicle type, age, maximum mileage and maximum dollar amount and they came through, and I was very satisfied. I purchased the extended warranties on them, and have been very pleased with the policies themselves and the service they have provided on my vehicles over the past 3yrs. After a very unsatisfactory experience with other car dealerships, Steve and Gary were a breath of fresh air to the entire process. They understood my priorities, the vehicle I needed, and were incredibly honest throughout the entire process. They were transparent with the financing options available and made sure the options that were given to me best fit what I wanted. Considering that this is where I bought my first car, I'm happy to say it was a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend them in your car buying experience.

I have been going to Blue Book Cars for the past 25 years now. They are extremely knowledgeable in diagnosing and repair. They have all been very friendly. Most importantly, I trust them. The office staff is just as good! They have great rates on rentals. I've used their cars if my car was going to require a stay in the shop. I highly recommend Blue Book.

Very positive experience. The salesman that came out was low pressure, very cool, yet we was "selling" all the time. He gave me, and the buddy I was there with (in truth, the customer) the information we needed about the pickup that we were focused upon, asking always the right questions. A true Sales Pro. I myself have been in sales and sales management for many years and I liked the gent we worked with very much. My buddy just got a windfall of several thousand dollars and so he's wound up and excited about most everything. Our salesman instinctively picked up on this and "played his part" perfectly, never coming on too strong nor losing track of where we were in the process. The truck had only come in on trade the day before and so he did not have a ton of information about it. Still, we left with my buddy leaving his card and a genuine yen for the truck in question. A+ rating for the salesman. Additionally, the truck seemed like a good one, and a possible good deal at the right price.

Absolutely outstanding experience! I was greeted by John Dorff when I arrived. He was incredibly helpful. We went for a test drive in the vehicle I went to see, and I loved the vehicle. I was upfront about how much I had to spend, and John and Steve worked with me every step of the way. I was over the moon happy driving off the lot in my new car! This dealership treats you like family. They have a full service station, with the best rates in town. I will be taking both my car and my husbands, for service there exclusively. I am very grateful for the Service team as they replaced our compressor on our truck in a speedy and efficient manner. Dave, the Service Manager, spent 3 hours on the phone with the insurance company and worked on getting our truck repaired within 2 days. The Service team, including, Ron, have been awesome and I couldn't be happier as in Florida we ALL need our AC's. Great people!

As someone who knows very little about cars it's very important to me to have a car salesman that I can trust, the team at bluebook cars has been very good to my family for years. We have purchased many cars from them with no issues. They recently put me in a beautiful sonata that was everything I wanted and more, very fair and honest price for both the new car and the trade-in and everyone who works there was very polite and friendly. Best place to get a good, safe, clean vehicle. Staff is professional, kind and helpful. There were NO pushy sales tactics. A very relaxed, helpful process. I looked on the website and knew pretty much what l wanted. Easiest major purchase l have ever made. Tyler Castleberry was the young man assisting me.
