Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

We were at this location on the first day of the return of the chicken sandwich. The spicy chicken sandwich was delicious. The staff was well organized and the wait time was short considering the lines inside and outside.

Food is good and the staff is very friendly. Tried the Popeyes Spicy Chicken Sandwich for the first time and it was really good. I also had onion rings and a drink. Yes, it filled me up!

The staff is very well organized and friendly. The restaurant's dining area is always well kept when I visit. My order has always been right from the drive thru and dining inside. I tried the chicken sandwich combo for the first time and it was delicious. Kudos to the manager and staff!

Attitude of the staff was kinda rude and crude but I reckon it had been a rough day it sure sounded like it....I heard some pretty rude customers and they handled it well all things considered....restaurant and bathrooms were extremely clean and the food was spot on

New sweet n spicy wings blew my mind! Drive thru was quick. Not used to a Popeyes with good service.

Great experience here. I ordered ahead on the mobile app and they got my entire order exactly correct. The lady at the drivethru had a hard time understanding the mobile order, but it's okay. Other than that a 5 out of 5 experience at this location. Everyone knows the workers at the Bremen location are rude as hell and I saw that the new Villa Rica location only has 2.5 star average rating, so I'm definitely not going there.

I've never had a bad meal here. The only complaint I've ever had, is the reason their still open. It's getting very busy and a little slower with their service. But hey, if they weren't busy, they'd close up shop.

Stopped in for another fix of spicy chicken strips, red beans and rice, and of course some biscuits.

Pros
1) Accuracy of My Order. These guys did a great job making sure that what I ordered is what I got. The majority of times when I go to other Popeyes locations my order is inaccurate to say the least. This was a pleasant and welcomed surprise!
2) Professional and Courteous. It was also very nice to have someone who was working the drive-thru that was courteous and did not have an attitude. You just don't see that at other Popeye's locations very often. This is a mark of good management at this location and a well-trained staff.

Cons
1) That It's Not MY Neighborhood Popeye's Restaurant! I really don't have any negatives but I sure wish to this location were in my neck of the woods.

Overall this is a great Popeye's location. Whatever you're doing keep up the good work! 👍🏾

My family and I came in to dine and had the pleasure of being served by Diana. She made us feel welcome and got our food out in a hurry with no problem. Thank you and to add the chicken was 🗣bussing ‼‼

Just like any other I'd say. Went thru drive thru and ordered food. It was fast and hot. Staff was friendly.

Fresh off the press this place was so new there was nowhere to write a review yet when I ate here. This place is super clean, and it better be since it just opened. The cashier that took are order was extrodanarily cheerful and made getting food here feel great. The food we got was delicious. We came in early so our chicken was probably one of the first batches cooked that day. Very nice experience overall and would recommend eating here.

The first time I got to try their chicken sandwich. It was delicious. Plus, the workers were VERY pleasing and delightful. I also like the fact that you're able to choose sides other than freaking French fries.

It's Popeye's!!! Need I say more?!? Love this location, love every Popeye's I step into. Always friendly and prompt service from the staff with an occasional rove around the restaurant asking guests if they are satisfied and offering to take empty trays back.

Everything was great as usual. Freshly cooked, in a speedy service especially considering how busy this location is. And the employees are always exceptionally nice and professional.

We ordered the chicken sandwich and chicken livers combo and both were fresh and tasted great. Waited a bit in drive thru but only because they were cooking the livers to order. Definitely worth the time

Friendly service with fresh food. Chicken is great. My husband orders the spicy and orders jalapenos on the side because he likes pretty hot food. Much better than KFC.

We got our food as ordered and come on back home.The order was correct. So we ate it up and it was gooooood........

First visit to a Popeye's ever, on 7/13/17 @ 4:28:36 pm. @ 1517 Hwy 27 S. Carrollton, GA 30117. My cashier, Larisa S., was super sweet and professional. I asked her for the Cheddar Shrimp Combo, with ghost pepper sauce. It was very good. The eating area was clean and the decorative green plants made the place feel more homey than the standard fast food chains. A young lady even came over and offered to remove my tray. A pleasant experience!
