I’ve been training with Bill for a month now & all the hard work we are putting in is definitely showing! Bill is amazing! He customizes workouts for each individual person and their individual goals. He also takes the time to explain each movement/exercise, I’ve learned a lot so far. Love the gym environment & he keeps everything spotless clean as well! Very excited for the future results and to challenge myself even more!

This place has a great atmosphere and member base. There is a wide range of abilities with the members and any new person will fit right in. Highly recommended!!
