Very disappointing how this mls treats copyright infringement/stolen work.

Had my work stolen and posted on their mls by one of their agents and they are saying nothing can be done in their end. Will be sending a cease and desist.

I bought a home in 2019 and claimed it on Zillow and removed all interior photos for my family's privacy and safety as we got robbed the first month moving in. These psychopaths decided to claim rights on Zillow and re-listed the interior photos of our house back on there. I can't remove the photos and when I call them they refuse to help. Watch out.

As a paying member of the RAPB I should be able to pickup and purchase a supra lockbox. I am allowed to show homes, attend closings, shop at the supermarket but I’m not allowed to be given a piece of paper to sign and pay for a lockbox? Waste of money and resources.

They have no ethics. Sarah Dougan was not helpful at all. This association is well aware of real estate fraud occurring and allow realtor's with international criminal backgrounds to be part of the association. I suggest they start doing their jobs.

Very rude over the phone service. I was attempting to get contact information for a realtor as one was not listed on the property listing. The woman on the phone wanted nothing to do with me, and though she did try to check for the property, she was unwelcoming and just rude to talk to. I’m a first time homebuyer and this was such a terrible way to start.

Choose Miami over RAPB! You get so much more!! RAPB has a Complete lack of empathy. Only a money making "non profit" organization. Good luck!
