We used Priceline Logistics for our recent move, and we can't recommend them highly enough! The owner Nolan was extremely helpful, friendly, and responsive. Our movers were very professional, and they got the job done quickly and efficiently. We would feel very comfortable using them again in the future!

Priceline Logistics make moving more bearable. Their expertise, customer service, and skilled movers lessen the stress with every move. Great customer service with constant communication and follow-up, along with professional movers who care for your items as if they were theirs. I've used Priceline Logistics for three moves now. I would definitely recommend their services.

The Priceline Logistics staff were extremely reassuring and clear in all of their explanations and procedures, and the two guys who arrived to pick up my belongings were prompt, kind, and friendly.

I had a great experience with the personnel. Always there when I needed them, they were quick to respond, nice to talk to, and filled with useful information. They were also never shy about sharing their opinions or suggestions.

The packers were thorough, and not one thing was broken. The movers made a move easy for me.

Beware!!!! Any 5 star review related to moving is fake.They do not do the actual moves and are only a moving broker or a middleman to get you in to a contract with a moving company. I just got all my property back in June 2022 after over a year of being in storage. There was lots of damage and neither Priceline or their hired movers would take responsibility. Their customer service would make up stuff just to get me off the phone with them. I have written a previous review but they deleted it. do it yourself and save the headache. This table is was less than 2 years old when moved and now is no longer usable.

I paid for a 3 BD. 2. Ba. sized home to be moved from AR. to SC. Well, I paid down payment required and they requested more money when they picked up. Well, they sent a Box truck with 4 PLT spaces left on the truck to haul my whole house. They failed to pickup even 1 item and never completed the move and
and kept my down payment.I would say.....RUN....RUN...RUN

this IS NOT a moving company. they are a broker who sells your account to another company and are thus NOT responsible for what happens next. In my case furniture was destroyed, other people's boxes and furniture brought into my home that I personally carried back into the truck, boxes missing and thousands of dollars paid over the quoted fees for walkways, stairs ( my mover counted 3rd floor as 3 flights of stairs, I guess maybe counting the 2 flights to get you to three was too complicated and ALL of my stuff went missing for a week. you were warned. call a MOVING COMPANY that is insured and responsible for your important belongings making it safely from one location to another. also notice the lack of details on many positive reviews...do your homework...I didnt and paid dearly for this mistake

This company cancelled on my cross country move the DAY of (after I had already paid the deposit).

They then attempted to coerce me into signing an agreement that said I would not give them a negative Google review.

All of their 5 star ratings are because they are either doing well in some situations or coercing people to give them the reviews in order to get their money back.

I actually turned them in to the FTC, and they refunded my money and I can still let you know what they did.

Horrible experience. We initially went with them because we were quoted such a low price for moving. Initial quote was provided without including some of the smaller items, just wanting estimate on larger items (ie couches or tables) and estimated boxes. We paid a deposit for this and were really excited. Second phone call was to discuss everything including smaller items such as wall art that wouldn't be packed in boxes). This estimate was approximately 4x what we were initially quoted. Unfortunately this couldn't be cancelled unless we wanted to lose our over $1000 deposit. Then the moving truck arrives, (this was a third party mover who didn't have anything to do with Priceline logistics) and we are again over the estimate by thousands of dollars. We didn't end up moving 2 rooms of our belongings. Ended up driving over 30 hours round trip to rent a Uhaul and move the rest of our items ourselves. Also, when these items were delivered to our new location, they showed up with the items in a Uhaul. Several items were damaged or lost in the move, which isn't unexpected with a move, but it was just the cherry on top of a terrible terrible experience. Do yourself a favor and use anybody else

By far the worst experience I’ve had not just with a moving company, but a customer-facing company in general. I’m not sure if the direct blame falls on Priceline or their third party partners but Priceline is ultimately responsible.

I was moving from NYC to Vermont in July 2021, and firstly, Priceline was impossible to coordinate with, with the movers not picking up my stuff from the moving company on time. Then after picking up the stuff, they took ages to actually move it — not responsive to my calls and continuing to make excuses so much so that I had begun to think this was all a scam and not a legitimate moving company.

I had impending travel coming up on a weekend and called Priceline to tell them not to move my stuff that weekend as a precaution even though they had made no communication about the moving date, and they agreed. But guess what happened that Saturday — I received a call that the movers would be coming in the next morning.

When told I wasn’t in town and wouldn’t be there to receive the stuff, the person on the phone was extremely rude and banged the phone on me several times, threatening to take my stuff back and auction it off unless I paid $400 for their drivers to stay in a hotel. I’m convinced this was planned to fleece more money out of me, it’s an interesting coincidence to decide to transport my stuff the one day I wasn’t in town.

Finally I managed to get my apartment manager to come in at 7am on a Sunday to let the movers in and had to call a friend to let them in. The saga doesn’t end there, however. Several of my items were missing and broken but since I couldn’t prove it that was due to the storage or moving company (I used a different one for storage and they were great), I let it go. Please save yourself the headache please and pay a little bit more for a better service.

Terrible. Abysmal. These people are nice on the phone but they’re lying. I was told my Michael that I could cancel the service up until 72 hours prior. I called a week prior and was told that’s not possible.
Nobody emails me from an email I can reply to. They all bounce back as undeliverable or are from addresses that are misspelled when I reply. This company is sketchy at best and criminal at worst. Anyone need a partner for a class action lawsuit?

If I could give this company no stars I would. Beware! They lie and cheat to get your business then hire a moving company to move your stuff and it will take 6months to a year to get your stuff. They are RUDE and will remove your rating if it is not perfect, they pay people to write 5 star reviews. Stay AWAY!

These guys don't move anything they basically sell your contract to other people. Worst company I've ever dealt with. Damaged thousands of dollars worth of my Dad's antique stuff and broke his TV, and took three weeks longer than they said they would. Save yourself the trouble and get a POD

I've used Priceline in the past to book motel rooms or rent a car I had an experience with Priceline and I'm not a very happy customer I got to Atlanta Georgia to visit my daughter and Thrifty's car rental did not have no cars I had to go to another car rental place to pay $300 more to rent a car tried to call Priceline with only talking to machine could never get a hold of anybody actual and if you're lucky that you do they have nothing to do with the actual company I've tried to email them and I've tried to call them I'm pretty much at this point chopping it up as a loss for them to losing is such a good customer

Buyer beware, I hired this company and they are a broker that hired a moving Co that never delivered, cannot reach either Co they're crooks! Steal your stuff and money!!

The movers sent were terrible. Hired day workers off craigslist to load truck. Half my stuff was destroyed.
