Only went for an oil change. I will note that if you go, the leather couches on the showroom floor are way more comfortable than the folding chairs in the Fast Lane Oil Change area.

I had 4 new Michelin tires installed, an all wheel allignment, oil & filters replaced, and a few other items taken care of. Ray had my Explorer ready to go later that same morning. The vehicle handles much better now. The tires were priced within a few dollars of the club store prices.

I've bought both of my mustangs here and they are only serviced in alpacker on military. Steve Thomas is the head of service who is the man who knows all things Ford and is a gentleman at that. Samy Alfa is my sales guru who has placed me not just in one mustang but two. Everyone that works in this location is a family they are very close they watch out for each other and above all they watch out for their clients they truly care about the relationships of each of their customers and to make sure that they are satisfied while taken care of and that their vehicles are in outstanding condition. The alpacker family is a family and they will take the greatest care of you. They will have me as a client for life.

Looking for honest car repair or anything related ...call the service department and ONLY speak to Stephen Thomas (service manager) he puts the customer first, isnt pushy, explains all in great detail and truly loves his job.
