I owned Angela's Furniture and I come to Lucas Brothers to buy my hardware and hand held tools. They are more than helpful and polite. Very professional and at the same time they make you feel at home.

They are very professional and friendly. They do everything they can to meet your needs. The Mower shop with Cliff in the back is the greatest. He is always very courteous and helpful and with his knowledge you can trust you can walk away being assured in quality work !!!

Always willing to help. If someone doesn’t greet you and ask if they can help then they are super busy. Nice and clean. Staff always friendly. Hometown feel & customer service the way it should be keeps me going there

Gary and Maurice were always the best when it came to customer service. Like many small towns everyone knew them, and they knew everyone. Since Frankie has taken over, he's continued in that same mold. It's where I go for ally hardware needs.

Frankie and the gang are the best. You get asked if you need help as soon as you walk in the door! You never have to search for things. They understand customer service like few people in the world today! Great small town business and asset to the community. Very involved with the community in terms of sponsorships and giving back.

Small family owned business. I said small however they carry so many things and they try to get what they don't have. They repair small items such as lawnmowers, chainsaws etc. The staff is very knowledgeable about all items in the store and they are always willing to help every customer.

This place at no point in time said hey we are havin a memorial weekend sale for all military or veterans who served , they didn’t blast it to customers or at least anyone I seen. But I walk in there buy things I needed and get amazing service and they say hey give him 10 percent off and they gave me a flag. WOW good job guys . It’s people like you that make me fall in love with KY all over again.
