Alora at West Palm Beach Apartment Homes

I've been living at Alora for a few months now and they've been wonderful. Allen and the rest of the team have been SO helpful and the community is clean, beautiful, and quiet.

I love living here. Everyone is so nice. The office staff is so helpful and Leslie is awsome. The apartment itself is great. The area surrounding the building is great for my kids. I would recommend this place to friends.

I love living here and am so excited to renew my lease again. I would love for the trash area to be a little cleaner though

After having an AWFUL experience at my former Apartment complex it was such a breath of fresh air to come to Alora. Kay was SO helpful and knowledgeable about everything. & was very patient with me & my indecisiveness. It was such a pleasure to finally deal with front office staff who are kind & understanding . Especially because she didn’t have to be. I LOVE my new place. It’s spacious & gets tons of sunlight. It’s going to be hard for me to ever want to leave

I have lived here for about 6 months and it’s really nice. Valet trash is a plus. It’s very quiet where we live, which is nice. It’s 10 min from downtown west palm, which is pretty close. It’s a newer complex, so everything is only a few years old and works pretty well. Maintenance is decent. Some people complain about packages getting stolen but I haven’t had any issues. Only negative I would say is that the hallways can get pretty dirty and takes awhile to get cleaned. The value seems almost too good to be true, you get a much nicer place for less cost than a lot of places downtown, but I think it’s because you’re still 10 minutes away instead of right on top of downtown. The 2 bed 2 bath setup feels like a small house with plenty of room for 2 people

Lesli is amazing she really went the extra mile for us and helped speed things along for us the customer service was absolutely amazing, the apartment is beautiful and very clean it’s a very rare find… ask for Lesli you won’t regret it

I’ve lived here for a year and decided to renew my lease. Alora, is a great place to live. Very quiet and clean. We have valet trash so they make sure to keep the hallways pressure cleaned to remove any stains. Office staff is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance orders are done within a day or two. Also the maintenance crew when you see them riding around on the carts they acknowledge you and speak. This is very important to know the staff make you feel welcome. No complaints only compliments on how you can see the staff works very hard to keep this community together.

I moved here from South Florida and I am very happy I did. The complex is clean and the apartment is beautiful and well designed. A lot of thought went into the design. The management team does a very good job of keeping residents updated on all issues no matter how minute. A 5 Star complex.

My family and I lived at this property for almost a year and enjoyed every moment of being here. The property is well managed, very clean and the management team keeps open communication with all residents. I rate it as one of the best, if not the best rental property in the Palm Beach area. This is a great Complex and I highly recommend Alora Isles Palm Beach as home for anyone seeking an Apartment Home.

Customer service at it's finest. Once of the cleanest properties I have been seen. Mckenzie and the property manager really care about their residents. They will absolutely go the extra mile for their residents if you are upfront and transparent. Family oriented and pet-friendly.

***Update***
Officially moved into our new home! Move in was seamless. During our walk-through, there were a couple of things marked for review, however the items were taken care of immediately! The assistant manager Kay And McKenzie definitely take pride in the community and appear to enjoy helping those that feel the same. Super enthusiastic to officially call Alora my home! 😊

i did a tour of this property a couple of days ago and I was really impressed. McKenzie was the one who showed me and my realtor agent and she was fantastic! I toured several properties that day and she was the most pleasant, friendly, and really took time to explain everything. It really made a difference in my decision making. Though the other properties I saw were also good, the friendliness of the leasing staff was what made a difference. It’s a big move for me from California and it’s important I choose a place that has the right energy. I decided to place my application with The Alora yesterday and I’m looking forward to living there.

My husband and I are very happy here. Our apartment is beautiful. These apartments were not built cheaply. Everything from the kitchen cabinets to the window blinds are great quality. I noticed that the management team strives to keep up with the landscaping and keeping the grounds beautiful. We appreciate that.

I have lived here for about 6 months now and I absolutely love it. The property is beautiful, apartments are brand new and spacious and any interaction I have had with the office staff has been very pleasant. The pool and gym are also well above average. I’m so happy I moved here!

Our family has been living at the Alora for 8 months now. We moved down from Boston and could not be happier here! The grounds are immaculate, we feel very safe walking at night and our home is spacious. We were very nervous about moving but the staff at Alora was nothing but accommodating and definitely went above and beyond. Thank you so much for making out transition smooth and for always being there when a question arises.

Lesli has been so sweet and great though the entire leasing process. I hope she stays for the long run !!

Moved here from NYC and I am impressed by the level of professional, care and thought toward tenants. The landscaping and apartments are beautiful! I am so happy that my husband and I moved into this beautiful building. Excellent job Alora West Palm Beach!

Great place to live! Love the pool and park for the kids. Pet friendly and spacious apartments. Responsive office staff and maintenance. Everyone is friendly and accommodating. We feel safe here. Highly recommend.

I moved in June and everything has been perfect!! The staff are always a phone call away, my moving in process was smooth. Kay is great person to work with. I love it here

Beautiful community! Mckenzie and Eric are great, very kind and easy going. The community is brand new and I'm sure they will be super successful, I love how everything is distributed and designed. Come check them out, affordable to live as well.

Being as though I work all day, I come home to peace & quiet. That’s all I can ask for. Clean respectful neighbors & pet friendly gets me to recommend to people that this is a great place to live.
