Hard to say enough about Dr. Copulos, and his practice. As a start, you step into an ordinary enough building, and are greeting by one of the most impressive waterfalls and surrounding plants I have ever seen in the center of the building. Then you go into the office, and everything is spotless, and done in impeccable taste. Ruth, the receptionist, is an absolute pleasure to deal with. His assistant is pleasant and informative. When you meet Dr. Copulos for the first time you immediately know and feel that this doctor is at the absolute top notch in both knowledge and also rare bedside manner. He puts you right at ease. Explains everything. And, I can tell you -- you know you made the right selection. He really knows his stuff. His prices are also more than fair. I'm not sure what else I can say other than I'd give more than five stars if I could.

I went to Dr. Copulos for a second opinion and his exam was very thorough, unlike the first periodontist I saw. He explained all my options and even gave me some ideas as to how to save money. He was very knowledgeable and patient.

Everyone in the office is friendly and professional. They are very punctual. I have been there for at least 10 visits and appointments always started on time. Of course the best part is Dr. Copulos's experience and knowledge. Explaining all the issues and how to solve. I would highly recommend them.

Highly compassionate team of individuals who demonstrate their care for patients, consistently. Ruth, at the front desk, always willing to accommodate scheduling needs. Hygienist and dental assistant are eager and helpful explaining best practices to care for your gum and teeth. Dr. Copulos is very patient in determining the best possible care addressing immediate and future needs. I am blessed to have such a caring group of individuals to help me maintain good oral hygiene.

I'm not an ideal patient and it takes me a long time to trust a dental provider. I question everything and have a gag reflex and breathing issue which makes for a lot of pauses during treatment, lol. This review is for a surgical appointment and post-op surgery appointment. The surgery was on was Friday, 12/1/2023. Everything went very well. Again I would like to stress the fact that Ruth, front office, Nicole, assistant to Dr. Copulos, and Dr. Copulos are very kind, professional, considerate, caring and took the time to answer all my concerns. Ruth, bless her heart, helped my girlfriend bring me to our car. My post-op surgery appointment was on Thursday, 12/14/2023. Nicole brought me to the room and answered all my questions. She is very pleasant and king. Dr. Copulos came in and checked how my mouth was doing and I am happy to report that I am healing just fine. He did a great job. Thank you again to Dr. Copulos, Nicole and Ruth. I appreciate all of you.

To be honest, I am never thrilled to make a visit to the dentist or be sitting in a dentist chair for even the least of procedures.
Going to see Dr. Copulos was no different, based on the extensive procedure I had to have done. I won't go into all the details of my experience, but Dr. Copulos made all the difference this time around. Because of my fear I didn’t care to know what he was about to do but Dr. Copulos is very good at listening and explaining his plan of treatment. His demeanor, his gentle, calm approach gives even the most fearful patient the assurance of his well rounded knowledge and expertise. It gave me great confidence, as I anticipate a good outcome.

In addition, there is no doubt his distinct Godly qualities are integral to his practice.

The office staff are all pleasant and welcoming and together contribute to a very relaxing and therapeutic atmosphere. From Ruth at the desk, who always greets you with a smile and his assistants Nicole and Josh (whom I personally encountered), all helped to allay my anxiety.

Thank you Dr. Copulos and your staff for demonstrating such integrity and excellent professionalism in the service you provide. If I could give a 10 star I would. I will not hesitate to refer others who might need your expertise.

Very friendly office staff. I had an emergency situation and they were able to get me in right away. Dr Copulos explained my options and answered all my questions.

Dr. Copulos was great. My son had a gum graft and he has healed beautifully. We had a concern at the very beginning, but the doctor was on top of it, and even answered a personal text message from myself, (the worried mom), to set me at ease. They are very available and very courteous. I feel lucky that my son had his procedure there. The office staff is very nice as well and were always there to answer any questions that I may have had.

Recently had a bone graft and implant by Dr. Copulos- overall great painless experience. Josh is fantastic.
Would definitely return to them
if I needed additional work in the future.

I visited Dr. Copulos for the first time, and I had a wonderful experience. The office was very warm and inviting. All of the staff were very friendly and professional. Dr. Copulos was very thorough and explained the procedures well. I could tell that he truly cares about his patients. The periodontal cleaning which was sometimes uncomfortable at my old periodontist's office went great with no discomfort at all. I highly recommend this office.
