Anchors Away World Cruise

If I could give 0 stars I would. I want others to be aware of Janet's lack of cruising knowledge and rules in terms of young children and women being pregnant. We found out after a year and a half of planning that we would not be able to go on the cruise because I am past the 24th week of my pregnancy and the cruise lines would not let me on the boat, a fact that Janet apparently did not know anything about. Janet also informed us children could not travel until 12 months of age another fact she was unaware about, it is actually 6 months. Her lack of knowledge of cruise rules has caused us to have to postpone an entire family vacation with only a month left to go. This has cost us 100s of dollars in preparation expenses and extreme disappointment for us and our 8 year old daughter. To make matters worse she denied being wrong and has not even offered an apology to us. I recommend anyone looking to book a vacation to use someone with more knowledge in the cruising industry as we are heart broken and disappointed and would not want anyone else to have this experience.
