Extremely good value, Magda in changing room advised though sign language as I didn't understand her Spanish. Extremely good service especially for a tourist like me. Two pairs of 541,s for sub 75 US dollars. Happy chappy.

While I am unable remember the young lady's name her customer service was nothing short of exemplary. She not only greeted me when I came into the store, which quite a few employees did not, but she also offered her expertise on the merchandise that was best for me. I needed to be sized ans had questions abour the cuts of the jeans. I was pointes in the correct direction by one associate and brushed off by another. I would give Levi's a 3 star if it werent for her. The store was not clean and most of the employees seemed more concerned with their daily tasks to want to assist.

This review goes out to Jimmy. Although I did not purchase my jeans there, Jimmy was such a help. It has been many years without purchasing jeans. I was out of the game and Jimmy took the time to educate me by showing the new style that is in as well as explaining. Thank you, Jimmy. I will be back to purchase.
