The Point Hotel & Suites

First trip ever to Orlando and we probably won't stay anywhere else now! The staff here is so friendly. Wyteria was so sweet and helpful and looked for a can opener because our room didn't have one. Bertha is so nice and answered any questions we had and always asks how are stay is. I definitely recommend this hotel. Our room is nice and the full kitchen is a huge plus to save money and cook your own meals! I know a lot of people complain about the breakfast...no, it's not a continental breakfast...its a sandwich and a coffee or orange juice....but our food was always fresh and the coffee is delicious. The breakfast staff preparing the food are all really nice!

Room was clean, close to all the attractions I wanted to visit, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. Special thank you to Bertha, she went above and beyond for us and we appreciate her big time!!

I stayed at the point in Orlando April 3-8 2024. My experience was wonderful. I was a part of a large group coming together there to take a RAPID Neurofascial Reset course. As a guest I felt pleased with the room it was beautiful and clean. I felt welcomed by the front desk Tiffany and Bertha were sincerely wonderful to me. The pool and hot tub area... No problem there!! Javier served our food/beverage mostly during our stay! He was friendly and had a great laugh and smile even when the pressure was on him managing a large lunch order with one support person helping while he also worked the bar. Ace in the pool area was gracious to let us take our time leaving the pool area when closed... I mean he told us it was time, but he was very patient while we laughed and goofed off trying to gather out things and be done having our nice time, it was hard! We were really enjoying.
There were a couple people who's names I did not get or do not recall, specifically a gentleman at the front desk and a lady who was in house keeping. We shared really nice moments.
Loved them all.

This place was awesome. We got the one bedroom suite and it was just beautiful The view was beautiful. The pool was lovely and the little Tiki bar next to it was awesome had me a nice strong drink and relaxed it was great. The only issue we had was you think staying in a hotel full of suites there wouldn't be people fighting and screaming in the hallways but at like two in the morning this couple was going crazy. And it didn't seem like anybody did anything about it.

I have to say that this hotel 🏨 is awesome and TIFFANY J. welcomed me with such grace and kindness when I checked in. Early check in was honored due to availability. The experience with staff was a 5 ⭐ . I will definitely make this place my local staycation ❤❤

Me & my husband took a very much needed weekend valentines Getaway & this was the perfect place. We booked through a third party and had a bit of a hiccups upon arriving which was no fault to the hotel. I really want to personally thank Bertha at the front desk who really went out of her way to make sure we were okay and enjoyed our stay. She made us feel like we were right at home despite our issues with our booking which we greatly appreciated. It’s nothing like traveling a long distance and receiving an amazing guest experience. We will def be returning.

It was my second time staying in the property and I’m leaving very satisfied. NATHAN made our stay very special by having patient and having good customer service answering all of our questions , providing us the information needed , his kindness made a good part of our stay pleasant. The pool was amazing . The rooms were clean just like as last time

Just wanted to quickly highlight how amazing the staff has been. From the first minute we walked in they have been nothing but helpful. Bertha Gutierrez in the lobby is a rock star ! I also want to say thank you to Javier Figuera at the pool bar, who is always smiling and making sure everyone is enjoying themselves ! Would definitely recommend !

Stayed here many nights in orlando. Hands down my favorite place to stay. Front desk is always sweet and welcoming, very helpful, caring and efficient. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The one bedroom suite is like an apartment and feels like home. Love the views of orlando from the high floors. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are very nice. Always a very clean and comfortable stay and always wish to stay longer.
The location is great, right in the middle of orlando near the theme parks and other attractions, restaurants, and shopping plazas/malls.

We had amazing service when asking questions or requesting service by Ms Wyteriia. She was very knowledgeable and helpful to my family and I during our stay. I highly recommend her when staying here for professional assistance and needs.

Nathen and Berta went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. I wanted to add to this review. Tiffany has really taken care of our stay. I really appreciate Nathan and his team take it’s all about going the extra mile in customer service and having an enjoyable stay with the Point.

Great location!!! Awesome units and the price was reasonable. They did have swing stages set up outside the balcony which basically made it useless but it was still a nice stay. The rooms were also a little hotter than I would have liked them to be. The pull out couch bed didn't have an extra set of sheets or pillows. The blanket given by the front desk was like sandpaper. I'm being a little picky but overall the property was great. We got a 1 bedroom. The bathroom area was amazing. Great tub and amazing shower. Wife loved the bath with the jets. I would for sure stay again.

I was at this hotel few years ago, and I can said of many vacations I had take over the years this was the best!, the whole staff were so friendly and welcoming, I’m looking to book again for this summer vacation ❤.

I really enjoyed our stay at the Point. We got the one bedroom suite, and it came with a full kitchen, balcony, and large bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. I really liked that you could close off the bathroom from the bedroom because it allows for more privacy (and stops family members from running through your room at night to go to the toilet.) A lot of suites I’ve stayed in haven’t had this option. The room was also very clean- you could smell it when you walked in, but also see it. I felt comfortable enough to walk around barefoot which is something I never do in a hotel room, and my feet weren’t black and dirty! So I know they clean the floors on the regular, which is also unusual for such a large hotel. The view was great, and I was thinking about how nice it’d be to just rent out one of these suites as a residence! The entire hotel has a calm aura to it, and the staff are very warm and welcoming and are ready to assist you with any needs you may have. We WILL stay again!

You gotta be 18 to register here or at least with a chaperone 21 or over, and the surprise visit from maintenance in the middle of a shower at 10pm for the neighbors AC , were the only cringe moments during our stay, other than that twas pretty awesome...folks over by crossfit (balcony scene) were pretty inspiring to see and hear...uhh really clean rooms, the personable customer service and location were all worth it.

The Point Resort is value for money and home away from home. The suites have all you need to enjoy your vacation and cook your delicious meals. They also good bar and restaurant. The staff are friendly and emphatic. The cleanliness is excellent and good parking spaces. I strongly recommend The Point Hotel Resort as I have used them continuously for 9 years.
