Hotel Indigo Miami Lakes

March 2018 update: The owners of the hotel have re-done the rooms bringing them back to new condition! The staff is still fantastic, and now that the rooms are all refreshed this is a great place to stay again!

I used to love this hotel when I first started staying here several years ago but now it seems the property is starting to show its age since the last renovation. Nothing seriously wrong with the property, it's just aging a bit. I will still stay here when I'm in town because it's very convenient to where I need to be.

It's trendy, it's cool, it's not your normal hotel in terms of style, but it has every bit of the amenities that a normal hotel does. My friend described the style as post chic hipster and I agree.

Great style, big shower, huge comfy bed. This place was perfect for me and my wife. 10/10 would stay again.

I got the King suite it was very clean, spacious, and beautiful modern style. Bedding sheets were clean. We really enjoyed staying here and would definitely recommend this hotel. However, an air vent need to be installed bc the room was very moist making the floor a lil wet and sticky. Same with the bathroom. Just a suggestion :))

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Unlike the over priced beach hotels that are practically falling apart. At Indigo's the rooms and the entire resort is kept in great condition. The staff was more than helpful, and every time I required something, the attendant at the front desk met all my demands happily. And without making me feel like i was asking for too much (I definitely require too much lol, extra towels, soaps, asked for a fridge...) This hotel exceeded expectations! Not only clean but also very secure. I loved the extra layer of security added in the hallway to the rooms, so only the 10 or so rooms in my hallway, where the only people that could enter the building. Fabulous looking golf resort (I dont golf) but the scenery was a pleasure.

Great place to stay at. It's near the 826 (main highway), tons of restaurants and a gold course. The staff is pretty constant and permanent so they do a great job remembering faces and take pride in their work. The rooms are clean and spacious. They seem to currently be updating some rooms, but even the older ones are pretty awesome.

I just want to say I was really shocked! This hotel is beautiful, nicely decorated. Smells great. Check out is at 11 but they give u till 2pm. :) staff are very friendly. I would be staying here again.

Nice hotel which seems more like a motel. Bed was comfy and high, and my hubby had to take a running jump to get on it. It reminded me of the John Denver song Grandmothers feather bed. Overall I liked the hotel and the buffet breakfast was good.

lovely wee overnight stay before our cruise. rooms very big and comfortable . food good and staff very friendly, Joe happy to go the extra bit further to ensure your needs are met.. 👌👌👌

This place is awesome.Great and safe location. Hotel is in a residential area of Miami Lakes but 826 is just minutes away which makes it so convenient. I recommend the executive suite. It is HUGE with a California King bed you do not want to get out of! . Living room with couch, ottoman and chair. 32' LG flat screen. A nice sized desk equipped with high speed Internet. Huge walk in shower with 2 shower heads, one of which is a massager. Hotel has a small but quaint bar/bistro. Very limited menu but the bartender Jovan provides excellent service. They do offer room service. Main Street is just 5 minutes away and has several excellent restaurants. Thai cafe and El Novillo are my favorites. This is my second stay and when in this area will not stay elsewhere. The rate was more than reasonable.

This is a nice place a little ways from Miami. I would say it take 20 minutes or so but the price is way more cheap than staying in Miami. There's parking also versus in Miami where you have to pay 30 a day. Had a nice pool that gets up to 6 feet. A little bit of a Hawaiian theme. I believe the easiest way to get here is the toll road if you have an epass. The rooms have a back door that leads to a supposedly balcony looking deck with a poolside view.

I love staying at this hotel as well as the Don Shula's you have access to the Don Shula's gym staying at this hotel and more often than most the night is more cost-effective staying at indigo having the golf course at my disposal for a nice walk is very beautiful early in the morning I enjoy the small gym that they have at hotel indigo very small not much equipment at all very low-key and enjoyable

The room was clean and I especially loved the shower system in the bathroom. Breakfast was simple and uncomplicated, definitely worth the $3.50 I paid for each person.

Nice clean rooms, swimming pool in the center of the property. Bar and small restaurant on site. Shuttle bus to Shulas hotel in Miami lakes. Great and friendly staff.

The rooms are clean and the service staff does a great job turning over the rooms every day. The front end staff are polite and courteous.

This is a very nice hotel. The rooms a nice. I like the fact they have hardwood floors and tile. Showers are awesome.

Awesome staff, beautiful rooms and a great price. This is a great place to stay if you have a car, not very close to the city or the beach.

cozy small hotel. very nice rooms. the pool and tiki area is awesome definitely a great little cozy tropical feeling hotel with the gulf course view behind.

I stay here regularly for business and it's always a great stay. Location is perfect for jumping right on the expressway and it's surprisingly quiet and peaceful even with the highway right there.

Excellent hotel! I like the décor. It looks very ethnic and authentic. The designs of the wallpaper are so different from other other hotels.
