Nice and freshly served food. We took a stop while driving back from Orlando. Their hash browns and omelets are really yummy. Only thing I wish could be better where their seating comfort, may be new chairs and tables

The food is always good, cooked almost to perfection every time, (and that's saying A LOT, as my orders are usually rather specific, sometimes borderline complicated.) Food comes out quickly, hot and fresh, and portions are pretty generous. The owner is a wonderful lady, and their main cook is pretty awesome, good at his job. The place as a whole is fantastic, from the atmosphere down to the food itself. I highly recommend going.

This place serves the food hot and fresh. They have a better choice of sides than places like cracker barrel. The sausage patties are bigger and better than anyone else's. Once in a while they have a fried fish sandwich on the specials that is great. Inside it's like something from decades ago but I'm not saying that is a bad thing.

8/10/22 11:00am We got seating right away, Karen greeted us and was very friendly and informative. Sam was our waitress and the service was OUTSTANDING!!! Onion rings are best you will find in central Florida, the reubens were very good and burger also excellent, we all enjoyed all our food and had a great visit! Would give it 6 stars if i could! DON'T LET THE APPEARANCE FOOL YOU! Its not fancy but where it counts they can't be beat!

We stopped for lunch on a Sunday and had a short wait for a table, and a longer wait for the food. Burgers were worth the wait. The meat was very flavorful. My mushroom and Swiss topping was just ok, but my husband’s muffuletta burger was delicious! The fries were perfect- hot and crispy. My son got three pancakes and it was more than he could eat. The pancakes were also more flavorful than normal. We would highly recommend! Good value.

Great hideaway spot. Been living in the area for a few years and never knew it was there. Loved it! We have eaten there many times in the past month. You should check it out!

The old adage don't judge a book by its cover is quite fitting. This little restraunt did nothing but please today. Was looking for a good Steak and egg breakfast brought me in and was very pleased. Steak was cooked too order eggs soft and fluffy. Everything was fresh with abundant servings, well priced, friendly staff. I simply cannot say enough as to how pleased I was. I will be making this a frequent stop.

Good home cooking at reasonable prices. Open for breakfast and lunch, staffed by friendly folks and plenty of options available.

My wife and I stopped in for breakfast at about 6:30 on a Tuesday morning. There were just a few other people there and our food was hot, fresh and came out quickly. If you're looking for a No-Frills breakfast or lunch definitely add this to your list of options.

Hands down best biscuits and gravy in Florida! That’s the only dish I ever get when I go to breakfast diners and Mary’s did not disappoint!!!!! Biscuits themselves were warm, buttery, fluffy. I have no idea how they do it to get them so perfect. Prices are really good too. I live in JAX and may consider driving down to just have them again and again.

Mary's Place is just you're good down home cooking! Located in the heart of Belleview in a quaint little Motel with a No-Frills Ambiance in this restaurant the food says it all. We had breakfast consisting of pecan Belgian waffles, country grits, amazing Homestyle biscuits and gravy along with eggs sausage and hash browns. Servers were very attentive always right there filling your coffee and making sure you are enjoying your meal. The menu also consisted of many home cooked country food options and specials you don't find anywhere else. It was our first time there but they were very busy and you could tell they had a lot of loyal local customers. Open for breakfast and lunch up to 2 p.m. it may have been our first time there but it will definitely not be our last. You should definitely try you won't be disappointed! Update Memorial Day Weekend 2018 we have now been going to Mary's Place almost every weekend since my first review. We always sit in Courtney section and she is nothing less than fantastic! We have tried many different items on the menu and have never been disappointed! This to me is amazing because I can be real critical when it comes to food. Unfortunately they are only open 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. otherwise we would probably grab dinner there a couple nights a week. Their prices, quality and quantity of food, and all around welcoming attitude and service is refreshing. Thought I would give this a little update it is now October 11th and unfortunately my health has taken a disastrous turn for the worst but I was scrolling through my pictures and wanted to post some of the ones I forgot to. We still get take out but miss being there in person but hopefully we will be there soon seeing everybody's smiling faces!

This place is a great place to eat breakfast. Most of its clientele are regulars and it has a great atmosphere and vibe. The food is cooked to order and it arrived at our table in a timely manner and it was hot. I will definitely be stopping by again!! Great service!!

Bacon, eggs, and sausage cooked perfectly! Inexpensive little hole in the wall that you should not pass up. My hubby got the country fried steak and it was delicious. My son got a chocolate chip waffle- beware though because they are big!!

There are two types of people in this world, people who can be pleased, and people with bad attitudes who find fault with everything. Keep that in mind when reading the reviews for any business.
A buddy and I went to Mary's Place for lunch after church today. This was the first time for each of us. We each had the hamburger steak with onions and gravy, mashed potatoes, country style green beans, macaroni salad, homemade cornbread, and a drink. The meal was $10.99, which is a great price for all that food!!! The service was outstanding, friendly, and informative. The atmosphere was "homey". I will definitely return!!

Great locals place, we had breakfast, pancakes combo and omlete. Both were very good. Also recommend the grits and biscuits.

I love that they're open early. We were taking a road trip Sunday morning and wanted breakfast before hitting the highway. We got in there early, got served quickly, the food was good and we were out in good time for our day trip.

This is a great place for home cooked breakfast. All food was tasty and reminiscent of childhood meals. Sam, our server, was friendly and attentive. My biscuit, while very tasty, was not warm enough to melt butter, but I'm sure Sam would have warmed it up if I had asked. It's a great little hole in the wall that we will remember when we're in that neck of the woods.

Had the pancake breakfast and the chicken fried steak breakfast. Both yummy! Service was excellent, we finally found our go-to breakfast place! And they serve real butter with the pancakes, unlike a couple of places we've been recently.

This is the best breakfast around. The staff is so friendly and knows everyone by name. The servings are huge and the prices are low.
