Great Service. Much better than T Mobile on Marco. Lazaro was awesome getting my portable wi-fi going. Went beyond fixing the problem. Thats what creates great customer service. BTW went to TMobile on Marco and it was closed 20 minutes after 10am (their opening time)

My husband and I have been to this store several times and have been warmly greeted by Jack. He is really knowledgeable about the phones, he patiently answered numerous questions that we had (for that alone, he should get a raise, dealing with people nearing their 80's). He made the experiences enjoyable. Thanks T-Mobile for this great hire.

I was greeted nicely by the 2 gentlemen that worked there when I 1st walked in.
I was helped with setting up my new line and purchasing a new phone with accessories by a nice man by the name of "ZA" Very helpful, kind & informative.
I met a woman who was also present that worked there who was very nice as well although I don't think I caught her name but those 3 were very pleasant and professional when having to deal with a rude customer that came in and I overheard him giving her a hard time.
Lots of respect BECAUSE I wouldn't have the patience. 💞 Thank you guys!

We went in to add a line and get a new phone.
We worked with Jehya and he was absolutely the best! Not only did he help us with our purchase but he went over and above in helping us with getting
the right information for a trade in and helped us recover passwords in iCloud to make the transfer seemless. We were afraid of going to this particular store because of reviews, and went to Marco Island first....but in the middle of the day Marco was closed for some reason??? So we went to this store and were very happy to know that jehya was brought in from another store to work there and was very willing to do whatever is necessary! Thanks!

Luis was great he knew his stuff and was kind and solved my problems would recommend coming to see him for deals!

This store gave me great service after the T-Mobile customer care via phone and online screwed everything up: lines, activation, billing.... Jose was helpful the first visit. On my second and third visits Bibi helped me for about three hours total correcting ALL the problem caused by the online and overseas call centers (which they had not gotten even remotely right after 8 hours on the phone). She made sure all of the issues were addressed and that hundreds of dollars in errors were credited. Make sure you avoid the T-mobile phone support and billing at all costs and go to a highly rated store. I went to another highly rated store in another state and they also helped me correct another set of errors by the "customer care" call center; if you want to be a t-mobile customer this is the way to go. (Do not try to save money online--just don't if you value your life energy and time.) The only reason I am a t-mobile customer today is due to the help I got at this and one other highly rated store. Thanks guys.

Hector gave me excellent service and helped me with my phone lowered my bill and switch my sprint sim card to a tmobile sim card for better service and less dropped calls.
