AT&T Store

I arrived early at the AT&T Store in Lely, on Collier Blvd. I waited patiently outside. A female employee, "Z" came to the door. She politely explained that the store would not open for another half hour. However she stood in the doorway very patiently answering my questions. She was cheerful, helpful, polite, and patient. I was thoroughly impressed.

Zoraida was so helpful and nice to us. My wife had lost her phone, and Z stayed with us, helped us locate her phone and then helped both of us upgrade to a new phone. She could not have been nicer or more helpful and more reassuring. She was wonderful!

Awesome store, all the staff were super nice and helpful, as well as having a fluent grasp on English, Spanish, and German between them.

Andrew was the only rep working in the store and several customers needing assistance. He welcomed each new customer / was courteous / and multi-tasked. At one point he was assisting three customers and helping another on the phone. We were never delayed because he worked with other while we were updating or downloading. Best ATT representative we have ever encountered!

I would give 6 stars if i could. Andrew was patient, intelligent, and extremely helpful—even staying past store hours to complete our order. He helped us pick out the right phones, change our plan to be more affordable, and gave great advice. Best ATT experience we’ve ever had. Thanks Andrew!

I had a great experience here at this AT&T with the manager Todd. It was fast, easy, and he was super helpful. I would recommend going here if you have any problems or need a new phone. Definitely ask for Todd, he was amazing.

An excellent branch store, checked in fast, and Marcus, the manager, was far beyond expectations in customer care and services, extremely considerate with my senior citizen parents, and we were done in 5 min, great job guys

There is no reason to go anywhere else. Carlos is an amazing young man. He took care of our phone replacement and helped several other people at the same time.
He always made us feel we were his priority.

Went in and was assisted right away. Finally fixed an issue I’ve been having with my phone for a few months now all thanks to Bjeon. He was very polite and helpful. If I can give 10 stars I would!

Andrew did a great job and set me up quickly with a new watch! Also helped me save some money. Sad that the watch wasn’t there in the store to get that day.

Ricardo was EXTREMELY helpful. He was able to provide everything for me and more, my number had been terminated without my consent and he was able to get me up and running again without any hassle.

Recently went to this at&t store and was helped by a gentleman named Bjeon I believe. Absolutely incredible service. His thoroughness, patience, and help is the reason I continue to be an att customer. Very nice place and great workers.

This is the first time we had this 5 star service at AT&T or any other provider .
He Signed us up ,for AT&T TV channels .
We also bought 2 Apple I phone 11 Max Pro phones plus phone covers and more .

We delt with Bjeon, we could not have ask for better treatment and help, he was so nice and concerned about helping us. I would rate him a perfect 10. We also delt with Ivon and was so sweet and helpful.
