I waited to see the results of my skin before doing this review. It's shocking to see the bad reviews because Dr. Stephens is honestly amazing and very patient. Her staff was very welcoming. I love a Dr. that listens without rushing to get to the next client. So yes, you may wait a little longer than expected, but that's fine with me because I know she's taking her time and answering questions without you feeling rushed. As I explained to her, my skin has always been flawless until I had my daughter. Since having her, my hormones went out of wack, and my skin never came back to its flawless state. I am not usually one to leave reviews — I actually never have, but Dr. Stephens staff and service is absolutely phenomenal. I come all the way from Brickell, Miami to see Dr. Stephens. She is so knowledgeable and takes the time to listen and address all your concerns. Her esthetician is phenomenal as well, very sweet and knowledgeable. The office is extremely clean and her staff very sweet and professional. I would recommend her time and time again. There is a reason she is so famous on Tik Tok, lol!! I am proud to call her my dermatologist 🤍!

I was extremely satisfied with her service and felt comfortable with her care. The office staff was efficient as well. There was no real wait time and everything was definitely state of the art. I had the best experience I’ve ever had seeing a dermatologist during my visit with Dr. Stephens! The office is very clean and welcoming, easy to find with plenty of available parking. Her staff was courteous, professional and efficient. Dr. Stephens takes her time in the room and shows that she truly cares about you as a patient. She took the time to sit down to discuss my chief complaint with me (this is actually a huge deal for me), collecting a very detailed history before giving me her recommendations for treatment and maintenance of my condition. My problem has been an ongoing issue for years, and was well-controlled within weeks of seeing her. I am so glad I have finally found a dermatologist who cares so much! I cannot wait to recommend her to my family and friends, and return for additional care!

Today was my first visit ever to a dermatologist and I'm glad that I selected Dr. Stephens' office. I requested an appt online and was quickly followed up with the next morning to schedule. The front desk was very kind over the phone & informed me of the cost of the service beforehand since I don't have insurance. When I arrived I was checked in right away and was inside the exam room within 10 mins of arriving. By the way, the office is well decorated and so CLEAN. Dr. Stephens is seriously so nice! She doesn't have that "talk down to you" tone that some doctors like to have. She explained things well to me. She was professional, very knowledgeable, provided me with options, and listened to my concerns. Overall, I was very satisfied with my visit.

Great overall experience. The office is pristine. Staff very courteous. Dr. Stephens is such a warm, genuinely caring and competent Doctor. After visiting several other Dermatologists without any positive results, my hair loss problem is finally being effectively addressed. Thanks to Dr. Stephens, my hair is finally growing back. Excellent practice Caring highly professional The doctor is very caring and the Nurse Practicioner was superb I wanted to return but unfortunately the Doctor no longer accepted My medicare which I found very disappointing Nonetheless I highly recommend this practice
