Like every dealership every person has their own experiences and expectations. I had a bunch of bad experiences trying to buy a used car. Nevertheless I went to Autobots Florida late, even after hours of closing time, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Letty was very patient and friendly throughout the process. It’s been now more than a month since I got the car and they have been by my side throughout the entire process for financing and paperwork.

We had been looking for a car for my son; we visited several dealers and frankly didn't feel comfortable with any of the cars we test drove. On a Friday night my son found a car online and I sent an inquiry. Agustin called me the following morning. I will admit I was skeptical at first, specially when you are buying a used car, you should be. Got there, and frankly still skeptical decided to go for it. These people were very honest from the first moment, even when they asked me to put a deposit on the car I was interested to see and I said no, they DID NOT push. We got there and saw the car, but decided for another one. We finally began the process. I would absolutely recommend these folks. We have had the car for two weeks now. Runs nice and clean. Great service, honest and all transactions recorded accordingly. If my experience changes I will update my review; however, these guys are solid. Hands down solid people. Great job, and thank you!
