I would 100% recommend S-line Motors! We dropped in unannounced and could not have been happier with the customer service. We were looking for a used car and Sergio helped us. Wow... Such an amazing experience!!! I visited several pre-owned car dealers in the area to buy Volkswagen CC but S-line Motors is the far best dealer that I've experienced. Actually, they are the best dealer that I've ever been in my life. I love my Volkswagen that I bought from them.
First, the owners, Sergio and Thiago, are super friendly and kind. They explained me all the detail of the car and let me spend enough time to understand the car.
Second, the cars they selling are very good condition. They have an amazingly clean and well equipped mechanic shop that they can correct whatever issues they find on the cars. Their mechanics were super knowledgeable and explained me all the details.
Third, they corrected all the minor issues that I found even after purchasing. They seem very confident for the car they are selling.
They are very professional, friendly and honest. I really recommend S-line Motors to people who wants to buy or repair second hand cars.

I was desparately searching for a vehicle for my daughter which was going to college so I looked on line and found a vehicle of interest in the Pompano area although it was not at S-Line Motors yet the vehicle nor the dealer was to my liking so I continued driving within the area looking and as my time was expiring on this Saturday afternoon (2pm) on July 4th I decided to get back on my Phone and explore some more vehicles within the area which is when I found S-Line Motors.
When I arrived the there at 2pm on July 4th I noticed it was closed so I called there business phone number and the owner answered informing me he was out of town. I informed the owner I resided in Fort Myers so the owner advised that he would have someone contact me within the hour. Thereafter I went to get a bite to eat and within 40 minutes I was contacted and met with his colleauge which was patient and a delight to work with. The inventory of vehicles was about 14-15 vehicles such as sedans, SUV's and compact used vehicles in very good to fair shape. By surprise I noticed many VW's which was what I was looking for yet there was also vehicles such as Audi's, Ford's and a Caravan. As my Eyes took interest in 4 out of the vehicles in his bay I was estonished when the cars I was interested in were pulled out of there bay which took lots of effort for his colleauge having to pull out 4 other vehicles obstructing the exit out of the bay.
I test drove the 2 vehicles of interest and made a decision to purchase a 2011 Jetta SEL although we were not able to finalize the purchase due to the tag agency being closed and I not have a tag to transfer so I informed them that I would be back the following weekend to finalized the purchase.
Upon my return the following week the owner had all the paper work ready, vehicle clean and the trust level and hospitality was near to perfect.
I was so taken by there vehicles, clean establishment, staff personality and attitude that I took interest in another vehicle (2012 Passat SE) so I came back the following week to make that purchase.
Upon testing the Passat
I noticed the AC being a bit weak so considering they have a full mechanical shop with 2 car lifts and a Certified mechanic on board they immediatly ordered the part and replaced it while I waited and there after washed the vehicle while I watched.
Amazing!!! I never experienced such Awesome Service.
Well as I drove home and noticed the AC working a bit better it still kept cutting on and off so I contacted the owner to inform him of the issue and kindly responded to bring it back so they can re-evaluate.
Now although for me the driving was a bit inconvenient the politeness and service response without dispute made the drive worth the trip.
Upon getting back to S-Line Motors (10am) they re-evaluated the AC and informed me the compressor would need to be replaced.
The part was then ordered and replaced while we walked through the very close by Flea Market and by 3pm the vehicle was ready, cleaned and ready for pick up.
Everything worked out with the AC and they even replaced the Horn which I only thereafter noticed it was not working.

I am a Very Satisfied Client of S-Line Motors for there great selection of used Vehicles and even vehicle repairs.

I will sacrifice my drive from Fort Myers to Pompano for this Great Service, Clean Bay, Car selection, 25 years of VW/Audi mechanical experience, Great Pricing and Trust worthy enviroment..

S-Line Motors is a Very Unique Place for Vehicle Purchases and/or Mechanical Work.
The vehicles they purchase are fully inspected and any repairs are tended to prior to the vehicles being place for sale and even if a problem arises within a short time after the sale they stand behind there product and repair and no cost or within a very fair price.
No Used Car Dealer Does that....most dealers are As is Don't come back.
