Florida Sunseeker Underwater Pool Lighting

Customer service was helpful when we spoke to them. We ultimately ended up having to return our pool light fixture because our pool guy told us our fixture wasn't working, but it turned out only the bulb needed to be replaced. We were able to return our fixture and were very thankful that customer service was accommodating.

Received my pooltone 6g color LED light and subsequently installed it. Wow!!! Much brighter than my previous Color Splash light from j&j electronics, who was recently bought out by loser Hayward. My Color Splash light only last 2.5 years. Hayward refused to honor j&j's warranty. Maybe it was a good thing because Florida Sunseeker
is brighter, bolder and cost less $. 👍

Easy 5 stars! Very happy with this LED light. They brought my pool back to life! I read some of the other reviews, not sure what their problems were. Some sounded like user issues... and a couple of issues with the company, and it sounds like the company tried to make it right. Going with this option was a no brainer. My pentair light lasted 4yrs before going bad. This LED replacement was a snap. I would certainly recommend this option if your current pentair light is dead. My experience with Florida Sunseeker was a great one. I had the Pentair Intellibrite 5G light that went out after a few years. I also had a tanning ledge light bulb that was out as well. I called Florida Sunseeker and they were real helpful in helping me determine the replacement lights for my pool. I expedited the shipping and within 1 day my lights showed up at my front door by 9am. Within an hour, both were installed and worked flawlessly. Great customer service and products. Had my pool redone and decided to upgrade my old, malfunctioning SAM lights to LEDs. Called Florida Sunseeker and learned they had an upgrade kit that was way cheaper than what my pool store quoted. Quickly shipped and arrived in time for me to install when the pool was empty. Called to get some help and was able to text some photos of what I was dealing with to Jeff who quickly walked me through the install process. Great price, great customer service and so far great product.

Super happy with the company. We haven't installed the LED replacement for the Pentair SAM light but I'm sure it will go fine. The interaction with the company was top-notch. I called and they answered questions quickly and professionally. I even mentioned getting the light ASAP since our pool was drained at that time. To product showed up much sooner that I expected. Kudos! and if we need to order something else, they'll be our first call.

Great customer service, first and foremost. Their LED bulbs saved me thousands over what a pool contractor offered to give me LED color lighting. He advised that the only way to get colored lights was to change out the whole unit. Well, he was wrong, Florida Sunseeker had a bulb for my Pentair 12 volt Pool and spa light. It came with a new gasket and brass screw. This has to be the best DIY add anyone can do to their pool. This LED light has 16 light programs that are amazingly nice and easy to select just by flicking the light switch. I have a big pool, so I got the 35 watt version, which was perfect. The ambiance that this light offers has upgraded my backyard. It's definitely one of my best DIY investments of the year.

First I am an electrician and not a pool guy. One of my customers had two pool lights keep burning out so he asked me to look at it. He got rid of the pool guy and asked me to fix it. When I called Sunseeker a man answered and he was very polite and helpful. He told me what to look at so I went on line and ordered the lights. The Pool Tone colored niche less LED 12 volt. I received them in three days and the customer was very happy. Lights in a pool can be very dangerous if not done right. Overall I was happy with the choice. The lights even have a Disco mode.

Purchased 2 of their light boards because I thought I had a problem with my pentair intelibrite 5g lights failing. Shipped and received- no problem. It turns out the housing or wiring inside the housing (not accessible) was bad. I called initially and spoke w Cory gave me a suggestion as a possible solution. Didnt work then called again spoke w Kyle, he said the wire/housing is bad. He offered to take their light boards back and sell me new lights. Luckily im in south Florida, so I drove to their facility, where I met Mike. Very knowledgeable and super easy to work with. He gave me great tips on how to remove my old lights and install the new ones. Everything worked flawlessly. Big thank you to Florida Sunseeker!! I hope these last. By the way, I called Pentairs technical support line. After 45 min waiting, I finally opted for the automatic system to call me back- well 72 hours later - still waiting. Don't buy Pentair without talking to these guys first.

My 5g Pentair color led pool light failed and after searching the web for a replacement light I came upon your company. I decided to order the replacement color SAM led light and I am so happy I did. It took me 20 minutes from start to finish to install this board. The colors are so bright my wife and I were amazed. I highly recommend both the company and the led light. Plus it was $200 cheaper than the OEM replacement board. 5 stars for sure.

The LED replacement boards for my Intellibrite system work and fit as advertised. The only downside was that I lost functionality when selecting colors from the control unit. The LEDs look great and saved me a ton of money rather than having to completely replace the whole unit so I’ll take it. It’s a bit tricky getting both lights synchronized on the same colors but eventually they synch’d up. Overall it’s the only aftermarket replacements that you’ll find just don’t expect them to work exactly like the originals 4 out 5 stars for the product.

I recently purchased the Pool Baron engine light replacement for my Pentair 5G pool light. I very rarely give a 5 Star rating but this aftermarket product is better than the original ! Yes, deeper colors and at least 3X brighter. My pool is 40'x20' and this light fills the pool. And I did the replacement myself in 15 minutes. Great price and excellent customer service too. The only draw back is the 16 possible PB settings are not compatible with my 12 setting Intellibrite control switch, but I found a setting I am happy with.

The staff at Florida Sunseeker are excellent. They answered all my questions. I orders a Pentair SAM light kit upgrade and couldn't be happier. Took me about 15 minutes to install without any issues. I ordered replacement kits for my pentair 5g Intellibrite lights. I replaced 2 larger pool size lights and one spa light. These LED board replacements are awesome! They are much brighter than the old Intelibrites. I was nervous about ordering these kits knowing that I would be replacing the boards and not just screwing in a bulb. I'm glad I did. The video walks you through step by step. The first one took me about 30 to 40 minutes. I took my time and took pics of the disassembly step by step just in case I messed something up. I did test them once I had them all installed but out of the water. They looked good, but it was still daytime. These look amazing at night. I saved about $1000 and got better looking lights. I never contacted customer service. I did the entire purchase online. I did remove my pentairs to verify part number before I ordered. FYI these also come with the silicone seal and a new brass screw to mount the light casing to the pool. This would cost extra if you ordered OEM. Thank you Florida sunseeker for coming up with this idea.

I ordered a new Color changing LED bulb for my spa. They were extremely responsive and helpful. The bulb was shipped quickly and it works as advertised. I love it! I won’t hesitate to order from Florida Sunseeker again. Thank you!

Just had my pool renovated and I was concerned about the 27 year old light that was in there. I sent them an email about replacing it. Prompt response with suggestions of what options were available. Kory suggested I replace the entire unit not just the bulb. I ordered and 3 days later it arrived. Installed and it looks great. Thanks

In my pre-purchase review research I found folks who complained about this or that; happily I chose to take a leap and go for it. Glad I did! A quick call to customer service beforehand assured me that I was on track with the correct models. LED lights for pool & spa (one Pentair, the other Hayward) arrived a few days later. When I discovered that my fat finger pressed the wrong voltage option when ordering, the company rep (Kory) quickly and politely corrected it without question - very nice! Installation was straightforward for DIY. The “look” is modern & the operation is simple. I’d do it again in a heartbeat! Thanks

Best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. My first light was shipped on time and in perfect condition. Unfortunately something with my configuration did not allow it to work. After several calls and discussions with FS resident electrician we felt it best to move to a replacement instead of a kit upgrade. FS gave me full credit and a deal on the replacement led light which arrived once again in perfect condition with free shipping. I pulled the wire, hooked it up using the included external transformer and it works like a champ. No more 120 volt in pool. Thanks FS for hanging in there with me.

These folks are great. Customer service was exceptional and everyone here is especially friendly and courteous. Got what I needed and they were very helpful. Bought a replacement underground pool light but wish I needed more stuff so I can visit again.
