I sent my customers to get a custom shower curb. The big box store curbs didn’t have the esthetic needed to set off this shower. These guys were able to come through with a high quality remnant in a beautiful white for a fair price. They also rushed it for me. Stone was cut,polished and was ready for me the same day. Customer service was great from my first phone call.

I would like to give a shout out to Counterkraft and owner Carol Hughes for their quality work in installing new quartz countertops in my kitchen. They were very good to work with, and all their employees did a great job. Carol was very helpful all along the way, especially when there were some unforeseen delays on my part. The end result is beautiful. I highly recommend them.

From start to finish, John and his team at Counterkraft were professional, courteous, and truly knowledgeable of their craft. Proper attention was paid to every detail, and their advice was extremely valuable in the planning stages. The installation was excellent, with proper time taken to ensure perfection. Perhaps most impressive was how the granite slabs were cut to allow the most interesting natural areas of the stone to be in the perfect locations within our kitchen. This was not done just by good luck, rather by purposeful action to yield the best possible results. It truly is a work of art. Couldn't be more pleased. Hire with total confidence. We had Counterkraft install new bathroom countertops a couple years ago and now that we were ready to redo our kitchen countertops, there was only one place we wanted to go back to and that was Counterkraft. Everyone was very helpful in teaching us the difference between styles and material. We brought home samples so we can make the best decisions since we knew it was going to be hard to make in the store. The timeframe was very short from the down payment, to the tear out of the old countertops, and to the installation. The men did an amazing job, with no problems or damage to anything. We absolutely love our new counters! Counterkraft is a fantastic company, from start to finish. If you are looking to get new counters we highly recommend checking them out!

We were replacing our floors in our kitchen, so we removed our kitchen cabinets. In the process of removing them, we broke our Corian counter top in half. JT and his crew fixed it like new! Thanks for the awesome work!

I have had great experiences with Counterkraft. John was very helpful to me when I came in 5 minutes before closing and didn’t rush me out. He found the perfect piece of Silestone so that I could finish the bathroom project I was working on. I continue to go back to their newly finished showroom where they ‘loan’ me samples so I can take them and look at them in the location where they would be used. Other staff is always very helpful, I never feel rushed to make a selection or buy.

From the start Carol helped us with our choice ( a huge selection of samples) and the estimate (reasonable). JT scheduled the measure and removal and final install (very accommodating). Then there was Lou and Greg "The Old Guys", they were awesome, real professionals. Greg the quiet thinker and Lou the personable, telling you how they were going to do it and assuring you along the way that it was going to be perfect. Sure enough, it was perfect. They left the area as clean as they found it with perfectly beautiful quartz counter tops. Thank you to the whole team. Easygoing from design to install. I personally appreciate their willingness to work with competent DIYers. Everyone returns calls and addresses any concerns quickly. The install and cuttings look and feel better than imagined. We will certainly use them again in the future.

While visiting Florida on a rainy Saturday in February, I brought my husband in to Counterkraft to show him the kind of countertops I was interested in for our kitchen back home. We spoke to Katie and explained that we were from out of town and did not want to take up her time, that we just wanted to look around. Despite the fact that we would never be customers (we live in the Northeast), Katie was most helpful. She explained the different types of surfaces to my husband and even went into the different ways that counters can be cut and shaped. She gave us time as if we were local customers, and we walked away with a much better understanding of what I am looking for. I am most grateful to Katie, and would highly recommend Counterkraft as a truly customer-focused organization.

This was a difficult project with a lot of veining to match and a waterful. Everyone worked so hard to make it come out perfect. Carol was so efficient getting pricing for me and helping me. John and JT worked long and hard making sure what I requested was acccomplished. Kevin and Greg did an excellent job installing the countertops and making the seems dissappear. I would stringly encourage recommend Counterkraft.

The CounterKraft team did an excellent job measuring, cutting and installing our new Master Bathroom countertops... They were professional and use state of the art measuring tools. I highly recommend them.
