For all you entitled drivers they will tow your ass if your sitting in fuel bay getting showers. They monitor this lot heavily and that's awesome. Have respect for others. Park in a reserved spot and they also will tow you if you don't pay as it should be. You people think the asphalt repair is free or them to pick up your nasty ass garabge you throw on the ground comes with free labor?? Get with the times. They will tow you if you don't pay. You were warned. Great place. Love the enforcement keeps out you flip flop wearing idiots that ruin good things for everyone.

Thus Pilot has really made a change for the better! Management is doing what most Pilots won't and that is making sure drivers who pay for a reserve get their reserve regardless of the time of day. We have been so angry at Pilot/J's lately because they refuse to move drivers who take reserve spots, for whatever reason. Mostly because it's women working at night who won't honor a reserve because they don't want to 'knock on doors' to move drivers- even when offered help. It's theft by the store plain and simple. However this Pilot rocks!! They literally have a tow truck ready to pull trucks who take reserve spots, dropped trailers taking up free spots, etc. It may sound brutal, but this little truck stop actually respects drivers and makes sure they get spots they pay for! We never were bothered, w/window ticket but one guy was towed after taking over 3 hours in the shower while parked in a reserve. Is towing necessary, absolutely in this area. As to the store, it's very clean, lounge is nice, clean bathrooms, well stocked and good food. The staff is friendly and Management definitely wants to clean everything up and improve the truck stop from issues it had in the past. It's a beautiful little place and we had a quiet night.

Emily and Mike are extremely professional and they care about their customers.. I came in around 1 am after traveling all day I appreciate the fact they were knowledgeable about the store and the products y'all have.. Thank you Emily and Mike y'all were amazing

I strayed there over the weekend (long haul trucker life) and the night before I was to leave I left my Bluetooth headset in the shower room. I was devastated as this was not only an expensive headset but it was a gift from a friend. The staff there found my headset and actually mailed it out to my house for me! That is truly top tier service! I cannot thank them enough for this! Thank you a million times! Thank you!

Plenty of car/truck parking. 88 spaces, 44 reserved (enforced), get yours online. Homestyle meals (meatloaf, chicken, fish, etc.) Showers. "Be a Beacon of light so others can find their way. Safe and happy travels!"

OK, so hot water heater went out and my brother who is a truck driver side go to the local pilot so I did. It was wonderful very clean varieties of coffee. Also varieties of hot snacks, self checkouts, and the most helpful staff we took showers and did our laundry . and they acted like it was no big deal when it was everything to us Really love that place. If you have a handicap member of your household, ask for a shower with a wand—ask for number one.

Nice spot better come early parking is not so great. Shower on deck hot and cold. Food is fresh

Stocking girl had broken arm,still smiling,she went in back to get the pecan Bourbon coffee that just came in and brewed a fresh pot for me. So sweet! And it was 7 AM and she was busy.
Same with cashier,so sweet!

Accessible parking. Clean restrooms. Truck parking. Cinnabon located here. ARBY'S. Fresh hot food available. Lotto machine. Sitting area inside. Arcade gaming room. Fresh coffee. I would definitely recommend this location.

The guy who worked with the food gave me and my boyfriend a nice deal with the pizza! He was very nice. The showers had plenty of room!!

Get the ribs from the guys with the smoker as you turn off of Pritchard. GREAT! Cabbage and beans, awesome!

These guys that work for Pilot Travel Center have to be built Ford-Tough & have thick skin to work with. These people they come in contact with are characters for sure. And I'm sure The employees follow the rules and procedures. The prices on display are accurate and the shower services are strictly for truck drivers but made an exception for me and yielded to my lack of knowledge regarding taking a bath when I asked to purchase a 2-hour bath So thankful they didn't try me like a paraplegic 🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃

this Is the dirtiest truck stopI've ever been to they should be paying People to park hear hope pix show the ones my wife posted did not show up i give 5 stars to see if gets shone

I stop by Pilot almost every day. They are so kind and friendly at this location! The manger Brandon treats you like family, always willing to help.

I gave 5 stars because the ladies that work here are just as beautiful as their smiles! They were so helpful and the showers are clean! Yes the parking is not great but these ladies made it worth the stop!
