Charlie & Jake's Barbecue

Fast service. Jimmy, our waiter was awesome and quick! Made sure we were never without a drink. Smoked wings were SOO good! 3 meat tray was amazing and meat was not dry at all. Brisket was yummy. Husband enjoyed the prime rib. We had an excellent time and can’t wait for our next trip.

Been twice and both meals were pretty dang good. It's been a little challenging finding good BBQ in the area, but this place checks a lot of boxes. Even the burger was very solid. Very friendly staff and attentive service.

Huge portions for a great price!
My family and I came here for lunch while on vacation and were very happy with our experience! The brisket was tender and full of flavor, and the sides were delicious - I recommend the fried okra!
The prices here are much more reasonable than other barbecue joints in the area, and the portions are large! I ordered a small plate and still couldn’t finish it all!

Visiting from out of town and what a great spot! We had awesome, fresh, good portioned food. Emma J was an incredible server! She was attentive, kind, passionate, and ALWAYS had a smile on her face! Too bad we don’t live closer or we would be back often!!

I went for lunch we sat outside at the bar. The food, Pulled pork on garlic bread with a baked sweet potato, was moist and delicious. Server, Angela W, was efficient. Our order was accurate, refills on drinks and pleasant attitude. BTW, No additional charge for using a credit card!!!! Major plus for me.

Loved it! The menu for entrees, sandwiches, sides etc is excellent! Our choices of smoked turkey and chicken delicious, well prepared, and promptly served. Service was prompt, friendly; drinks were good. We were on the patio and enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. We look forward to returning and trying more items.

The staff was awesome. Super friendly and very attentive. The prices were par with other BBQ restaurants. The food was delicious. A few of the ribs were over cooked but the staff was very willing to correct the issue. Ribs are a hard item to perfect so it's understandable. The atmosphere was a mix between sports bar and casual dining. Depending where you sat. They have an amazing inside and outdoor bar seating area to be enjoyed by everyone. A must try place if you are a local or just visiting the area. More food than you can eat in one sitting. A++

Visited Saturday 1-20-18. I picked this barbecue place based on Google reviews. It's Alabama BBQ. We were in the area attending the Brevard Renaissance Fair. We chose to sit at the bar. Seth D. was our bartender and he was awesome! Thanks Seth we enjoyed our visit! To start we had a sunset margarita and a shot of monkey shoulder scotch. For the appetizer we ordered the foot of onion rings that came with a mini jar of ranch dressing. They were served hot and fresh. Yummy. For Our dinner we ordered the burnt ends appetizer and the burnt ends macaroni and cheese plus a bowl of Brunswick stew. The macaroni and cheese was delicious. And I didn't finish it. But I took leftovers to go. It was served with bacon bits and lots of cheese. Plus a drizzle of barbecue sauce. There were several barbecue sauce squeeze bottles on the bar; hot, regular, sweet and a sweet mustard. Great food here. Will we will be back when in the area.

We came in tonight on Christmas Day and our server (Laurie) was fantastic! You can tell the restaurant had a busy day due to being one of the few open establishments on a major holiday but she was sweet and professional the entire time. We got the 3 meat combo and the portions were just perfect! Their sauce is tasty and the food was super fresh and moist. We will definitely be back. My husband also enjoyed watching some of the football games on the big screens as well. Overall, a great experience. We really do appreciate you being open and serving us on Christmas day.

My son and I came for the first time and our server Maddie gave us superb service. She was perfect in every way and very attentive. We will return soon.

Food is always great! Portions are pretty big every time (even if you order the small plate!). Last time we went they had a lot of new kids working for them so just be patient. They forgot the hush puppies but really wasn’t an issue since they are new. This is my go-to place for bbq!

Damn good BBQ!! We started with wings. I had Charlie's Combo with pork, turkey, and ribs. The wings were perfect! Crispy, smoky, and juicy. The ribs fell off the bone, and the pork was tender with some yummy burnt ends! Green beans and turnip greens rounded out my amazing meal, and they were just as good as the meat!! Didn't have room for the toast, but I'm certain it was good too!

I visit this place every year when we come to Florida!!! Fantastic service and delicious food!! We will definitely be back!! Brisket tacos on Taco Tuesdays are a MUST!! Otherwise I love their BBQ beans, good Mac and cheese, love the brisket and pulled pork BBQ!! Great sauce options!

The establishment was very clean and our server was fabulous and attentive to our needs.. The Elvis burger was delicious 😋 it had the right amount of peanut butter my partner enjoyed the John Wayne. Over all customer service was superb.

Some of the best BBQ I've ever had. The pulled pork and brisket in particular was absolutely dreamy. Most things on the menu can be made gluten free. Incredible value for money.

Had a great dinner out with my wife and friend. Jim the manager was extremely Gri helpful and recommended the Tachos (tater tot nachos). They were amazing, enough to split for four. They came loaded with cheese, pork, and jalapeños. The two bartenders Gri and Skylar were on top of everything. Our drinks were delicious and service was great. Highly recommend Charlie and Jake’s. They even had the Thursday night football game on too. Great overall experience!

Really loved the place. Our server Sarah was friendly and checked on us often. Can't say enough great things about the restaurant. Can't wait to go back.

This is seriously the best BBQ I’ve ever had and the prices are just right. Service at the bar was on point. Like sauce? It’s all right at hand and those are yummy too! I will be back over and over.
