Shawn is amazing. We have used him for years. He is patient with my questions and teaching me what I need to know, especially as computers have changed over the years. Great guy who is positive, friendly and truly knows computers. His availability is top notch, even when I have had emergencies, which is vital because I am a small business owner. I love that I can trust him to guide me well and it is a bonus that he is local! Thanks so much Shawn.

This place was a huge help for me. Shawn took a look at my computer, did some troubleshooting, and found the root of the problem. He explained everything in a way that I could understand, had a great experience!

I used Shawn for the first time 3 years ago. I should have left a review then as it was a great experience. I was ready to replace my laptop, but Shawn said all it needed was a new solid state hard drive. It was repaired within 24 hours at a great price and no data was lost in the transfer.

Last week the hinges on the same laptop broke which prevented me from opening and closing the top. Shawn provided me with an estimate, ordered the parts, and then I took it in for the repairs. It was done in less than 24 hours, and not only were the hinges replaced, but the screen is considerably sharper than when I took it in. Awesome job!!! I will not go anywhere else for my computer needs. Shawn is honest, very detailed in his work and explanation of the work, completes the work on time or early, and all at affordable prices. If I could rate more than 5 stars, I would.

I was happy the first time I brought my PC into my computer Tech to be fixed. They replaced and upgraded my hard drive for a very fair price and I was extremely happy with the information and service I was given. They were quick too.

I recently came in after 2 years because my computer crashed on me. I explained that it had been making clicking noises and wouldn't registrar with my monitor. I had unplugged and plugged it back in and it wouldn't come on after a couple try's. They asked me to let him check it out right there on the spot. It turned on no problem.

They then looked up my account and saw what they had upgraded it with previously and shared with me the clicking noise may have been coming from the computer trying to find the monitor not the hard drive malfunctioning. He gave me a new VGA cord and I went home to try myself again. I didn't even need use the new VGA cord. I cleaned up the cords and re-plugged them back in, and it was working again. :)

Shawn provided the best computer repair service I can imagine. I am traveling with a well used but very necessary laptop that had lost a screw which held the top an bottom together. He explained over the phone that it may not be able to be repaired which, of course prepared me for a spendy visit.
When I got to his shop he spent about a minutes checking to see if I needed a new computer or not. I didn't (Whew) so he replaced the missing screw and I was good to go.
I really appreciated the respectful way I was treated as he clearly explained the issue (even showing me the inside part that could have been a problem).

I brought 2 seriously ill laptop computers to his shop. Within a few minutes Shawn assessed the performance of both, and with my limited budget, completely addressed my needs. Shawn installed super high performance solid state drives into both laptops that resulted in fantastic processing speed that far surpassed my orignal very slugish laptops' performance. I should have shared my thoughts a year ago! I couldn't have been more pleased with "My Computer Tech". Not only helped me with my problem but, resolved my issue and backed up all my information on my computer. 2 weeks ago, my husband an issue with his computer and "My Computer Tech" completely helped him. We will always use "My Computer Tech" and are extremely happy with his help and assistance.

Shawn was AWESOME! He gave an honest diagnosis, fixed my computer, and had it up and running better than before in no time flat. I completely trust this man with my computer needs and will NEVER go to the Geek Squad or anywhere else again. AND, he is beachside, and an extremely likeable character.

This was awesome! I took my ancient 2008 Dell Inspiron in to see if it could be helped! It was full of old OS and multitudes of program upgrades over the 13+ years. I had already put everything onto a portable hard drive, so for an awesomely inexpensive price he loaded a brand new hard drive of modern technologies, and doubled my RAM! It runs fast and efficient! Better than when it was brand new! I will take every computer fix to him, and recommend his talents to everyone!

I have been here twice and both times Shawn treated me very well. He never tried to up-sell me and seemed to honestly want to help solve my problem. One time I needed him to replace the keyboard on my laptop and the second time was to install windows. Thank you Shawn!!!

Sean is knowledgable, will "tell it like it is", courteous, and attentive. I have purchased two computers from him; a laptop and a desktop. His prices are reasonable, but more importantly, if you have a problem, he is there for you. He has also serviced a Dell laptop we bought from Dell a long time ago. I don't trust many people, but if you want a personal computer guy, Sean is your man.

I had an issue with a "blue screen" that would cause my laptop to reboot OVER AND OVER......every five minutes or so. It was all I could do to keep from throwing this thing in my pool.....been doing this for almost four months. I took it to another local computer store and not only did they charge me $85....in the end that couldn't find anything wrong, but they still charged me the $85. Yesterday (9-15-20) I stopped by this location on a whim and met Shawn. Twenty four hours later (9-16-20) he has it FIXED, and only charged me $75.....and he explained what he suspected, what he did, and what to expect. Long story short.....it works fine now. Nice guy too.....thank God I didn't hit the laptop with a Hillary Hammer or throw it in the deep end !!!!

I dropped my laptop off after it had been damaged on a flight from Denver. Shawn called me within an hour with an honest breakdown of the problem. Very professional and efficient. Thank you so much!

My computer was completely dead and my work IT wanted me to send it back in without an immediate replacement (I work from home). Shawn got it started back up and saved all my files to a flash drive for me. Literally a life saver. Awesome customer service!!!
